Upon checking in, I was advised by manager Rochelle that my party and I could no longer be served as kitchen closes at 10:30 pm. This has never been the case in all the years of visiting this location. Only take out orders are being honored, I was told. When I showed her the time, she decided to make an exception. At this point, I no longer felt welcomed and declined. I was bummed that I drove a distance... I'm not sure if this is company policy, if so, please make patrons aware on site. Tonight my wife and I visited. However, we last visited the City of Industry location and my party and I dropped $681. Tonight was disappointing.

Terrible just terrible from the time I walked in until the time I left. Employees gossiping about things that should be talked about while they're somewhere on break. Took forever for them to take my to go order then took forever to bring it out and guess what it was not what I ordered.

Took my mom for her birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The seafood quality was on point. The hospitality was enjoyable. The young waiter was exceptional and friendly. We noticed several tables available but many people waiting to be seated. Hopefully you can staff up with more servers. We enjoyed the visit and the staff sang Happy Birthday to mom! Thank you so much. BTW-I'll be back for Happy Hour! Two thumbs up on the $5 Margaritas!

Outstanding Customer Service by Lea

I had an issue today that could’ve ruined a special birthday dinner, but thanks to Lea, it turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed an order online through Red Lobster’s website at exactly 3:37 PM. The order was picked up by a DoorDash driver just before 4:00 PM and was scheduled to be delivered by 4:28. At 4:31, I received a message saying my order had been canceled despite the fact that it was already picked up and marked “en route.”

DoorDash was no help. They blamed Red Lobster because I ordered through their site but their own driver had picked up the food and vanished. No explanation. No refund. No resolution. It felt like someone just took our food and ran.

Frustrated, I called Red Lobster. The team was kind and passed my call on to Lea and that’s where everything changed.

Lea took ownership of the situation immediately. She reached out to DoorDash herself, found out exactly what happened, and confirmed that the driver had canceled the delivery after pickup for no reason. Lea quickly had our entire order remade, repacked, and redelivered this time, without a hitch.

But that’s not all. She added extra touches to make it special because this order was meant to celebrate my mother’s birthday and Red Lobster is her favorite restaurant. It was also my first time trying Red Lobster, and this was how she wanted to share it with me. Thanks to Lea, we were still able to have that moment.

The food arrived sealed, untouched, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It tasted even better knowing someone went above and beyond to make sure we received it.

Lea, you are a true example of what excellent customer service looks like. You didn’t just solve a problem you cared, communicated, and followed through. You took responsibility for something outside your control and turned a frustrating experience into something memorable. I hope Red Lobster recognizes you, rewards you, and realizes how lucky they are to have someone like you on the team. Thank you for building a culture with your team to make sure your customers are satisfied. I’ll definitely be back and next time, we’re dining in with Lea.

First time at a Red Lobster. Food wa OK but I felt it was missing flavor. I got the garlic Seafood Boil and although it had garlic, it did not seem infused with flavor. Otherwise I would probably given it a 5 star. Service was indeed fantastic.

So today I went in with my grandchildren after tell the sevre that we were going to the restroom and would be back. Not going for more then five minutes they had cleared the table with all our food which was crazy then offer us biscuits. Which we haven't even finished our meal.

Seafood boil out of A 1-10 I give it a six crab legs tiny Marina seafood boil no sausage inside of it. 12 tiny small shrimp and a lobster tail small not filling at all. corn and potato not worth it. I rated a 6 don’t waste your money.

The atmosphere I'd family friendly in decorate and ambience. The biscuits, when warm, are delicious.I ordered the ultimate and I was surprised about the abundance of food from selection on the menu. All of the items I ordered: 7oz. Sirloin, Grilled Salmon, Orzo Rice, Mashed Potatoes, I recommend. Our Server, JOHNNIE was exceptional and skilled. He made our dining experience memorable. Thank you JOHNNIE. 😊
