Quite a busy place. Kinda loud. Food was good. Server was good but forgot our birthday dessert.

Ate here a few days ago.
As usual we sit at the bar.
We came in around 5pm.
This is all leading up to props to the bartender Becky.
She was hustling non stop, but still gave us great service.
Ordered some food and boom some fries showed up.
Ask her if these were ours and she "yes. I ordered you some while you wait for your order."
She would swoop in and refill our water without us having to ask.
Big shout out to Becky.
Now my wife always gets their peperoni pizza.
Its crazy they make one that is so good and looks like the picture on the menu.
The couple sitting next to saw how it looked and they ordered one too.
We come in about once a month as so far the food and service has been great.

We went for an early lunch, no wait and Leila our server was awesome. Food was good too, except for the corn dogs that my daughter ordered. It was very greasy!

Love Red Robin burgers, so my sister and I were excited to come for the National Cheeseburger Day deal: $10 for the Gourmet Cheeseburger with bottomless side.
Food/drinks: Our burgers were great as always, our drinks were delicious, and my extra crispy garlic fries were fantastic. However, my sister's Yukon chips weren't good; they were not crispy or crunchy, more like that stale kind of soggy crisp, if you know what I mean. We were very disappointed with those, especially since it was our first time trying it.
Service: Well, our service started off fine, but our waitress ended up being irritating by the end of the evening. I don't even know where to start... when I told her that the machine kept logging me out after I logged in to my royalty account, she kept saying that I was signing out, but I said I didn't and that every time I tap into it to look at it, that I would have to login again. Whatever, she could just go through the register instead of the machine on our table. When she got our check, my free appetizer from my royalty account wasn't applied, so I told her and she took down my number to put in, and i obviously saw her roll her eyes as she walked away like we were making problems over her mistake, but then she returned without a corrected itemized check, and she had charged my sister's card without applying the royalty number correctly again. When we waited for her to return so we could address it, she was clearly avoiding coming back to us, so we ended up going to the manager to help us correct it because we were done dealing with her by that point.
Atmosphere: Overall, the atmosphere was good and typical of Red Robin. We had a great time up until the issues arose with our waitress. The manager was very nice and helpful, and had a smile on every time we saw him passing by.

( Not In A Way That Gets On Your Nerves) But EXTREMELY SMOOTH She Is EXCELLENT At Her Job! She Also Displayed Manager Skills As Well! HAPPY HOUR Price's Are REALLY GOOD!
