Very disappointed with my burger order, I order the bacon blue it wasn't what expected ( I posted some pics so you can be the judge)you can see what's advertised and then what I got.
Also I would like to mention that this burger was almost 20 bucks.

Visited this Red Robin in the early evening. Parking was easy and the place was busy but manageable. The food itself was solid - one of the better meals I've had at a Red Robin. However, my first dish arrived with multiple hairs in it. The server replaced it quickly, but the replacement came missing the lemon slices and a tartar sauce. Good food, but inconsistent execution.

THIS ISN'T THE BEST RED ROBIN ! THE DECORE IS VERY OLD ! NOT LIKE THE RED ROBIN ON HARBOR NEAR DISNEYLAND ! THE SERVICE WAS REALLY BAD ! THE CHIPS WERE OVER COOKED THE BURGER WAS JUST OKAY , OVER COOKED ! I ASKED FOR FRESH STEAK FRIES ! WAITED FOR THEM ! THEY DIDN'T COME TO THE TABLE ! I SAW OTHER PEOPLE GETTING THE UNLIMITED FRIES ! I HAD TO ASK AGAIN IF MY STEAK FRIES WERE COMING ! SHE FORGOT. ! SHE ORDERED THEM THIS TIME ! STILL WAITING FOR THE FRIES ! NO REFILLS ON OUR DRINKS EITHER ! IT WASN'T PACKED ! I'VE BEEN TO OTHER RED ROBIN'S & GOTTEN GREAT SERVICE & FOOD ! IT'S NOT WORTH TAKING A PICTURE OF THE FOOD ! IT'S A HUGE NOPE FOR THIS RED ROBIN !

Service was great. Bar tender very attentive. Not like the old Red Robin like the past. I can tell the business has revamped, but this one was a cool place.

I'm not one to turn my nose up at a joint like this. It's food is decent and nothing to write home about. It gets the job done. But, today, I just couldn't hack the lack of service. At a point, I just need to stare the servers down to get them to come over to assist my table. Worse still, when I was ready to end my suffering and close my bill - I couldn't. And it took me almost 10 minutes to get assistance.
I recommend this only if you've got time to spare and low expectations.

The restaurant was clean and we were seated immediately. The waitress took our order and the food was served promptly and as we ordered it. The food was delicious and our waitress checked up on us regularly and also was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my dinner there and would recommend it.

Great customer service from all of the employees, all of the food came super fast, kitchen staff was on point, all the refills were done without asking. Top tier service Highly recommended this location!!
