First, let me say that the people who work there are all very nice. We are regulars and come 2-4 Fridays every month, other than Lent. If last night had been my first time it would have been my LAST time. First issue-system problem and could not accept anything but cash. Because of this the place was literally empty. Second issue-the Bud keg wasn't changed out so ordered a different beer. Third issue--we sat down and had our beer while I entered our Loyalty points. Being on SS those points add up and I count on them. The Receipt came up as invalid. So I went back to the cashier and explained the issue and asked if they could put the volume on the game. She said the manager would be right over. Fourth issue--no one ever came and we continued watching the game in silence. Fifth issue--after a 40 minute wait for the pizza, we take one bite and it's cold. We are sitting 10 steps from the kitchen and only 2 small family groups are there and our pizza is cold?? Been sitting somewhere. The Manager offers to make a new one, but by now we are almost through with our drink and did not want to wait another 40 minutes so they took the rest of the pizza back to reheat it. Sixth issue--asked again about the points and told to try tomorrow as it should go through. I did and it doesn't. Could anything else have gone wrong last night? Remember we are there almost EVERY Friday, and have been since 2016. The prior manager was the best-he always made a point of knowing our names and stopping by the table to talk for a few minutes, making you feel like you were really welcomed. He was transferred to OC but they really should have him training Managers on how to build a business. Had I been the Manager, and aware of all the issues (and she was), I'd have told the Customer-sorry for tonight, pizza on me next week!

Great place...I recently took my 2 grandsons and we really enjoyed our visit. Pizza - nearly perfect and the salad bar was very fresh and well stocked. Good atmosphere...I highly recommend bringing your family.Service was excellent and Andres C. was helpful answering questions about specials etc...we will DEFINITELY be back.

Lakewood location has a new lunch special. It used to be a a mini one topping pizza and a drink for around $10, as of last week the owners changed the lunch special to $19.87 for a mini pizza and drink. I felt bad for the employees who watched me walk out!!!

The company I work for placed an order WEDNESDAY to be delivered ON FRIDAY for a Training we had. Food was supposed to be delivered at 11:45. At 12:00 it still hadn't been delivered. My coworker called to find out where the order was but it was CALL CENTER. They said they cant give her the number but they can transfer her, no one answered, tried again, call center hung up on her. It is now 12:15 still no pizza so we drive to the location at the Lakewood Center and found that there were only 2 people working and 1 of them were supposed to deliver as well. Our pizza had been sitting there, we ordered 7 only 6 were made (the order takers mistake)..we agreed to let them deliver the last pizza instead of waiting for another 10 minutes. The pizza was blah, not hot, some over cooked, we didn't get any hot peppers, ranch or other sauces offered to us. They had a total of 6 orders to deliver and only 2 people working!!! What kind of business does this? It's not the workers problem it's the management and yet the workers get all the heat for it. We got our delivery fee and tip back and yes they delivered the last pizza which was supposed to be Pepperoni but it was Hawaiin almost an hour later. MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE, GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER!!!!!!

It has gotten to way too expensive! Too many competitors are more reasonable in pricing and tastier. The loyalty program is ineffective and I've been a customer for 40 years.
