Consistently yummy burritos and bowl. My favorite is the shrimp and bacon burrito. They have great vegan possibilities. Their sauce bar has my favorite mild sauce ever. It tastes homemade and is really delicious.

I've been going to this location for over 15 years. One point, my family went weekly. It used to be stellar but the quality has really declined. They are frequently out of silverware, the drink fountain frequently seems to be broken, and the food is not what it used to be. The past several times we have visited for dinner, it has felt depressing and deserted inside, and the doors and windows are dirty. Our food has been just so so, and is usually lukewarm. It's unfortunate that the prices have risen substantially at the same time the quality has declined. I know rising prices are not the restaurants fault, but it is disappointing to pay close to $60 for a fast food meal for three people and not have it taste fresh or hot. I believe the staff needs better training, support and energy to make this place what it used to be.

For the owner of this location, I like Rubio's, but this place need to hire full time job to maintain the cleanliness. The place is filthy, you can see on table, chair, glass window, like everywhere. And also please have some rules on dress code, no nosering. It is not a discrimination but have some dress code. Of course they can still work but remove the nosering. So here the suggestion: 1) hire 1 person to keep the place really clean or at least presentable cleanliness 2) have a dress code 3) Add more lightness to make it bright If the owner can do these, it will invite more customer. Have some reputation, quality of food for what you offering to the customers. For the employees, Keep up all the hard work and always try to be the Best of the best for what you do. Thank you

Didn't give us one of our burritos and the one we did receive was a mess, smh. Hadn't had this place in probably at least 5-7 years and I can definitely guarantee I won't be back. I'm so tired of paying money for food (or services) that promise the world and can't follow through.

First time here, we ordered nachos and we got home and found a lid melted inside. We missed a burrito and it is a lesson learned for us to always check our order in the future. I do not recommend this place.

Bad service! Great food! We waited forever because they forgot to make our order... two times. It was ridiculous. I think they need better management. It was a bunch of young-ish girls half-heartedly working there today. No supervisor from what I could see. How do they forget to make an order 2 times? The girl taking orders was named Erica and can hopefully claim she was new to her job. If not, it is not good. Great food though.

Rubio's is offering TACO TUESDAY with three different tacos at a discounted price: FISH TACO, FISH TACO ESPECIAL, and STEAK STREET TACO - all under $3. It is one of my favorite places for Tuesday deals. They have a station for salsa and hot sauce, where I like to mix and match with my order. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is somewhat par. I have been there several times, the tables and stations were not always in prestine condition. But the service was good, as they bring the food to your table, and there is plenty of parking available in the plaza. If you're looking for deals on Tuesdays, make sure to add Rubio's to your list.

First off, I want to say it's definitely the management that is making this place suck. I love Rubio's & so does my family. But, why are there only 3 people working during the dinner rush? They are extremely understaffed, but there are no 'Hiring Now' signs anywhere. The poor girls were working their butts off and the back was a mess because they could not stop to take a breath. It was ridiculous. I'm sorry to the girls who helped us to have such bad management. You hate to see it :(
