Smh had to pay for something to get free water
I asked for extra caramel to be lined up on my cup and obviously it cost extra which is fine but when I got the drink it didn’t have caramel anywhere and when I went back inside I told them I asked for extra caramel to be on the cup and when I got my drink back the second time they only added a little bit of caramel like it’s frustrating to where I’m not getting the thing I paid for

WORST SERVICE IN MY 20 + YEARS AS A CUSTOMER. LAKEWOOD RESIDENT!
This used to be the best location in Lakewood,CA store 5650. You have Chick-fila, target and the Lakewood Center mall nearby . This store is no longer provides good customer service or product. I went to the drive thru this morning at 11:10 am with my daughter in-law , I was greeted by Angel. I was ready to place my regular order Venti Iced brown shaken espresso with oat milk , and vanilla sweet cold foam in small cup for extra ice. Angel asked me to hold and returned to tell me no we can’t do it . Order the drink with cold foam on top or you cannot order it. We have a new policy. I asked when and why couldn’t I order this is there anyone that can explain this to me ? LIZZY came on the speaker and was very loud and aggressive. She said “ you cannot order the drink with vanilla sweet cream foam on the side because our new policy . I heard her out then when I was going to explain to her I ordered my drink the way I ordered it now a week ago and I had no problems. (Union station location serves corporate employees) She cut me off and was rude , I asked her to not be rude and let me finish talking please. She said “you cannot order or it and you cannot order here anymore leave the drive through now , if you don’t leave I’m calling security”. I told her call the sheriffs if you like there was nothing done here but you not able to discuss this new policy. I requested store number and names to report to corporate. Angel complied. My car has audio and video recording.This employee didn’t want to have a conversation and it was clear she is used to treating people this way! Being in food and beverage with an aggressive behavior is unacceptable!!! Unfortunately, I have time today . I have reported this incident to corporate management. I have advised them this employee needs training , coaching and discipline for the escalation. I hope no one ever gets turned down for requesting a drink that is customized and paid for. Money wasn’t an issue ! Time and inconvenience is a problem. I went to another Starbucks and had zero problems.I have spend 20 -15 dollars daily since 2001 and have enjoyed my experiences.
If u want fast service a good customer service DONT come here. I waited 15 to 20 min this morning with only 2 cars infront of me.then when I got to the window I asked for a refund and they said no I had to do it through the app. Then when I called to address the issue another barista says I saw u drive away while they were preparing the refund. Lies and so unnecessary and unprofessional. Why not give the refund and send me.on my way . No sorry

Terrible service and arrogant employees. I have been to this location over 100 times with no problems whatsoever, but this time the store manager called me rude and another employee threatened to call security to kick me out of the store, then told me to drink my coffee and leave simply because I complained about mistakes in my order and I usually never complain. I have made some 500 purchases from different Starbucks location over the years never having a problem. Starbucks has lost me as a customer and from now on I will go to Coffee Bean, or better yet give my business to local coffee houses.

no thank you sandwich 6 bucks tasted horribly bad . coffee cant sample before order. girls are nice and very hard workikg but they have to follow POLICY. i usually get coffee but I hate paying for dilluted coffee I should be able to try a sip fo the drink to make sure I widnt order a whole cup and then have to ask for refund or just throw it and thus give away 4 dollars to sratbucks corporation while wasting both water and coffee.
Found a hair in my food. The drinks are very not worth it and watered down. There’s a Starbucks across the street at target.

Me and my wife along with are 10 year old daughter decided to walk to Starbucks on a Sunday night. I googled to see what time they close obviously so we didn’t walk all that way for nothing. It said they close at 7:30, great I thought since it was 6:50 pm we had plenty of time. So we started walking and got there about five minutes after 7 only to find out only the drive thru was open and not the actual shop. No where on there posted sign or when I searched did it say the inside closes at 7:00 and only the drive thru was open till 7:30. There was a girl inside mopping the floor so I taped on the window to see if we could still get a drink and she just looked at me and said sorry can’t help you. If your going to have to different closing hours one for inside and one for drive thru then say so on your posted sign or online.
