This was my first time ordering drinks at this Starbucks, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. We made sure to specify our orders precisely, as indicated on the receipt, yet the drinks were made incorrectly.Not only were the drinks wrong, but the service was also barely acceptable. The staff seemed more interested in loudly complaining about customers rather than ensuring orders were accurate. It was disheartening to witness this lack of professionalism, especially when the very least expected is for them to do their job correctly.I hope the management addresses these issues as it reflects poorly on what is typically a reputable brand.

The female drive-thru cashier was anything BUT Starbucks material. Sun, Feb 18th @ 1:20 pm. We ordered an iced grande Chai Latte & hot grande Oleato Latte. The cashier, in a dry & monotone voice said, "What can I get started for you?" No energetic greeting what so ever. Throughout our order she replied with either a "yes" or "no". At the window she simply handed our drinks without a greeting or letting us know what drink she was handing us. Definitely a bad vibe & not "Starbucks Material". Please fix this.

Service is good, and staffs are friendly. So this review is for the hours they posted on their website doesn't reflect their actual time of opening for business. I googled it and saw that it closed at 9pm on the website. I arrived at 7:50pm to get some tea and hoped to do homework. The sign at the store posted closing time is at 8pm. Disappointed! I wouldn't have driven here if the hours posted on the website were accurate.

On 12/15 I came in to this Starbucks on my way to work. I parked my car on a side parking that has never been labeled not to park there. As I was waiting for my pastry and coffee, the Instacart milkman came in and started verbally abusing me! This man said” You must be fu..ing stupid to have parked there. I couldn’t believe what this man was saying to me…I was in shocked. I came in to just order. I wanted to let the workers know what was going on and no one did anything, not even the morning manager. This man was obviously going through something but as a loyal customer I didn’t deserve to be attacked by this man. Starbucks has to protect their customers! The store was full of women. This wouldn’t have happened if there would have been a man in the store. The morning manager didn’t do anything to address this man who was delivering milk to the store. One of the baristas was upset at me for not allowing this man to continue to verbally abuse me and told me leave. I have never felt so mistreated and disrespected. I contacted Starbucks corporate office and I am still waiting for someone to address this incident. The general manager hasn’t responded to my calls. Starbucks doesn’t protect and care about their customers. This is the worst Starbucks! Disgruntled morning manager and employee who instead of provide customer service attack their customers.

The service here is trash ! My husband tried to order and no one wanted to help they are just talking amongst themselves and ignoring ppl at the register wanting to order . So unprofessional as much as we pay for Starbucks the least they could do is properly service the customers . If you don’t want to work then leave the job don’t complain about it and ignore the ppl yr being paid to help ! I plan to take this to their corporate !

Girl taking my order at the drive through was rude and when I got to the window I paid and she forgot to give me my drink and tried to charge me for the people behind me then asked me what I ordered when I told her I was still waiting. I have a low voice because of health issues so she interrupts me mid sentence saying she has I head set so “I’m gonna have to speak louder” so my fiancé was able to tell her for me then after he tells her she says it again! They spend all their energy on strikes so the actual service is terrible! Never come here there’s a much nicer one on cedar and bellflower

Don't know what happened, but this place lost its charm after the remodel. All the regular employees are gone, service is terrible, seatngs are terrible.

The drive thru workers need to get fired or retrain. Worst costumer service. How can you mess up an order and expect the costumer to go inside and reorder their drink which you forgot to place . Maybe next time you should go over the entire order to make sure everything is correct instead of rushing it. Funny how I left and went to another Starbucks and told them my incident with this location and they accommodated me and apologized for their mistakes.

15 minutes this morning at drive thru. Ordered bacon egg and Gouda sandwich. It didn't come with bacon or Gouda. Aren't these pre-made?

Up until today I loved this starbucks I didn't mind the long lines it's even been a few times my drinks was wrong but today Chris gave me the worst Customer Service I wint go into details but I'm a lakewood citizen I live closer to the Bellflower Blvd store so I guess I'm changing stores...sad day for me

This Starbucks on a Saturday is so busy and the employees are moving so quickly. It's good to see they keep up the moral everyone is so kind and happy. I didn't mind waiting because the staff was so efficient. And the air conditioning feels awesome
