I always order to this Starbucks because it is relatively close to my work. Today I mobile ordered around 10:45am an iced white choclate mocha with no whip. There was no wait when I walked up it was on the pick up shelf. I grabbed the drink and said "thank you" to the baristas and I got no response. Then I got to work it was rather busy so when I had the chance I took a few sips. At around 3 or 4 sips left in my drink I felt something strange in my mouth. I then continued to pull out an eyelash... At first I was confused and just threw it away, but then I had realized it came from my starbucks drink. Very disappointing to find this in the last few sips which means I drank nearly the entire drink with an eyelash floating around in there. And who's to say I didn't drink a few of them before finding one stuck in my mouth.

The barista today was so RUDE My drink spilled and when I was apologizing to her she just waved me off ... WTH I wish I would've gotten her name Last time she was shouting orders to the new cashier at the register.. who was a new hire. NO patience and NO customer service skills This chick CLEARLY hates her job Second bad experience with her definitely not going back for a third.. I'll be walking to Targets' Starbucks now on my break

The service was app salute Lee fantastic. Not to mention how friendly the entire staff were when they greeted me. I was invited to try a new holiday drink from the secret menu, and it was really good. It was really nice to feel like I was appreciate it when coming to order something. I also appreciate how comfortable all of the Starbucks employees were with being so kind, so courteous, so helpful. Thank you Starbucks for providing outstanding customer service

This location is so attentive to guest needs. Even when crowded on weekends, the workers are always working quickly and efficiently despite the mall circumstances. Last time I went here, Daniel's friendly demeanor and reliable customer service really stood out to me over their busy weekend rush. Anytime I am at this mall I go to this starbucks for my caffeine and some friendly, conversational service.

if I could give this store a -10 I would. the people there are so beyond RUDE!!!!! I just went there and asked for a Mocha Frappuccino with banana added to it and the child working said that they never had bananas which is a bunch of BS because I order the same thing from this same location 1 1/2 months ago. so then the child proceeds to tell me what to do and how to do it and so I tell her not to talk to me that way. let's just say other words were exchanged and she cancelled my niece's drink and told me good luck with getting your money refunded back. Yes I already called corporate and turned her in. she will be lucky by the time I am done with this, if she has a job still. People that work with customers need to get the proper training.

Rude a** customer service. I work at Lakewood Mall and I absolutely hate this Starbucks. Once I ordered at the wrong location across the street and they made me drive after work to get my money back and the other Starbucks told me they shouldn't have done that. Another time they didn't want to give me my free drink on my birthday!! And I'm a regular with the Starbucks app. I'd find some new employees at this location if I was the manager. I went to a Starbucks near my house and they happily gave me my free drink. Big thumbs down for me for the Starbucks at Lakewood Mall.
Near the mall, but not AT the mall. Music was just about the right volume. Friendly service, they remade my drink when it wasn't quite right.ðŸ‘
