Went through drive through, drink took an extended amount of time even though they weren't busy then when I sipped my drink on the road, it tasted like cleaning detergent. I'm going to the doctor now because my throat started burning after drinking about 1/8th of my drink.

recently visited the Starbucks located in Lexingtonand overall, it was a pleasant experience. Theatmosphere was inviting with cozy seating areasand ample natural light. The staff was friendly andaccommodating, making me feel welcomed fromthe moment I walked in.As for the beverages, thequality was consistent with what I expect fromStarbucks. My favorite, the caramel macchiato, wasexpertly crafted with just the right balance ofsweetness and espresso. Additionally, they offer awide variety of options for those with dietaryrestrictions, including dairy-free milk alternativesand gluten-free snacks. One aspect that stood outto me was the cleanliness of the establishment. Thetables were regularly wiped down, and therestroom was well-maintained throughout my visit, which added to the overall positiveexperience. However, the only downside was theoccasional long wait during peak hours, which issomewhat expected at any popular coffee chain.Despite this, the efficient service helped mitigateany inconvenience.Overall, I would highlyrecommend the Starbucks in Lexington to anyonelooking for a reliable spot to enjoy a delicious cupof coffee in a comfortable environment

12/10/2023, today will officially be the last time that I visit this Starbucks or anymore in the future. I generally come here to order a "medicine ball" but 80% of the times whenever I have come through the drive thru window like today they are always "out of the ingredients" to make this hot drink. So whenever this happens which is often, I get simply stuck in a long line with at least three cars in front of me so I have to wait in my car until the cars leave.Once before in the past about a year ago, I thought it was nice that the server offered me another item (a decaf) cup of coffee for my inconvenience and having to wait in line in the drive-thru stuck there and burning up gas. That manager told me at that time if they run out of ingredients in the future that a regular cup of my choice is "on the house" for the inconvenience. So today, I mentioned this to the two windows servers and they both refused to offer me a cup of coffee on the house, in fact, they didn't even offer me any alternative or optional drink even if I were to pay for it. In fact, instead of being nice and courteous when I mentioned this before to them they instead gave me a bit of attitude and simply said "sorry, I can't help you". When I asked to speak to the manager the girl only mentioned that his name is Herschel Matthews. So, I drove down the street to the closest Starbucks on Woodruff and South street where I came to find out that although they have a medicine ball but they ran completely out of honey packages. So a light came on inside my brain to ask if the honey they put in the medicine ball is real honey or just sweetened syrup, the girl told me that it's just candy sweetened syrup with artificial favors and coloring made to look and taste like honey. So I said okay and simply walked out of the Starbucks. In fact, 90% of all the Starbucks drinks are all sugar and sweeteners. I thought about this for a while sitting in my car, so I decided to simply abstain all together from ever going back to any Starbucks again. The service at Starbucks is just getting bad, the prices keep increasing, and all that sugar is very bad for one's health! Starbucks = A Sugar High World

I'm a lakewood resident and went on a stroll to the nearest Starbucks. I got there at 7:40 on the dot. To find out they had closed already. They were limited to drive thru only. I asked the Lady at the window if they can take my order since i walked over. She stated that it was up to the manager. The manager is a big guy with glasses and said no. I have a car but ive decided to walk! The manager couldve worked something out!

No one is smiling so that’s a great start. Ask to pickup order front person he was rude directing me to go to the side area. Waited on my order 5-10m. I watched two people chatting it up while making drinks. I observed them make what I believed to be my drinks I’ve been waiting for put the drinks down and walk away. I knew that was my order so I asked about it and the lady was like “oh let me wrap that up” that took a little more time. Manager please fix this issue so there’s better efficiency and a more enjoyable customer experience.

A small, slow Starbucks. The staff is friendly enough, but it has to be one of the slowest stores around. Crammed into a small corner shopping center, their parking is limited and the drive thru is short and tight.Parking: Limited parking can be reduced by the queue for the drive thru.

Their website says closes at 8pm and they have a sign on the door that says they changed their time to close at 7:30pm. It's 7:20pm and they've already locked the door. Terrible service.

Went through the drive thru at 9 pm and there was no line. I ordered a grande iced chai tea latte and the barista was so sweet. He even gave me a suggestion to add oat milk to my drink in order to enhance the chai flavor (I agree, it tasted delicious!). Also I appreciate how wide the drive thru lane is! I felt so confident going through the line and wasn't afraid of hitting the curb like I normally am.
