Hi! One of our vendors he orders our drinks there for the office, today somehow he had a problem with the orders. You didn't complete the order for him a lot of my coworker didn't get their starbucks. I hope next time he goes to give him credit what u owes him!!

I went to get two drinks one was done right the other was not. It was just mainly milk. I didn’t taste the coffee or anything. The service there seemed like they didn’t want to attend us from the very beginning. Not only that, I ordered too pastries there and one of them was fine meanwhile the other was so burnt from the bottom it wasn’t enjoyable. Will not be ordering from here again.

Never want to get Starbucks here again! The worker johnnie looks like he doesn't enjoy his job & he looks like he hates it so much... I ordered 3 drinks and he sighed and looked annoyed the whole time. When I ordered I wanted caramel on one of my drinks and when he made it there wasn't any and he told me he had to charge me extra for caramel???! Never coming back!

Terrible service, the workers don't care to look you in the eye and just throw your orders on the handout table. To top it off they proceed to talk under their breath about you. I gave no type of attitude and what I thought was just being a decent customer. Way better Starbucks around with some better customer service.

Giving this location 3 stars because the employees deserve 5, the manager deserves 0. This is actually one of my favorite Starbucks to go to despite not having a drive through and then closing earlier than other locations. On Monday 12/27, we went in with a group of 4. The person who took our order was extremely rude and disrespectful, I've never encountered her before and she was dressed more professional than the other employees. When my friend who doesn't go to Starbucks often asked for a snickerdoodle hot chocolate, her response was "we haven't had the syrup to make that drink in over a year, but maybe we'll have it tomorrow". Did we do something to set her off when we walked in? We're giving her our business at the end of the day and all we did was ask about a drink. She continued to be a smartass and make rude comments throughout all of us ordering and I was honestly about to just cancel the entire order and go to a different Starbucks. But who knows, maybe she was having a bad day.

Drove out and got there at 7:30 and told by Starbucks employee they were closed. Starbucks should change their hours. The sign and website say it closes later. I guess they are closing earlier now.

I usually don't yelp or do any reviews, but I just want to say that the employee here, Dayna is the best ! She makes the best frappuccinos I have ever had. She most definitely deserves a raise. Starbucks is so lucky to have such a talented and great customer service worker !
