Horrible, The barista “Leonor” always messes up my drinks. the first time my drink was literally falling out and wasn’t even mixed properly and she just handed it to me? This time i asked for matcha latte sweet cold foam and didn’t even add any. I asked her to make it again just for her to make it worse?? Wasn’t even properly blended nor did I ask for ice. Horrible make sure you look for a different worker

They filled my coffee cup 3/4 of the way, went back to have it fixed they did the exact same thing! How do you not notice that there is 3 inches of empty cup??

This place runs hot and cold. Some days the service is amazing and other days it is horrible. I sense a bit of catty behavior with management. Not something I want to see when I am standing there waiting for my beverage.
Got two frapps from here and both tased like they were watered down or something had no taste of caramel there then the actual Carmel drizzle I was disappointed that I spent 10 dollars on those drinks
