Paying 6.25 for 2/3 full of coffee with about still 1/3 of it is ice. I ordered less ice but still give me about 1/3 ice and my cup is only 2/3 full. It's a big time rip off.

They filled my coffee cup 3/4 of the way, went back to have it fixed they did the exact same thing! How do you not notice that there is 3 inches of empty cup??

We have been going to this neighborhood Starbucks for over a decade. As time has passed,some of the customer service has gone by the wayside. Today,after not feeling well,I wanted a medicine ball. Upon picking up the drink and getting it into my vehicle,the top came off because it was not put on properly, and spilled in my lap and in my vehicle. After letting the staff inside know,a cursory "Sorry" was offered.There was an offer for a sleeve but that was all. No reimbursement or offer of a new drink because half the HOT beverage spilled on me. This is not what the brand represents. Very disappointing. Not wanting to go back.

first time coming to this location it was great did some grocery shopping and grab some coffee and a cake pop for my baby girl . there was only one person making your coffee but she was pretty fast . to be honest with you my coffee was made perfectly because there wasn't a big line and nobody really was waiting when I go to the bigger Starbucks they usually half a** it on my coffee and it normally tasted like s*** . so I will definitely be coming back to this one

Walked in today and three ladies greeted me with a very welcoming vibe. My drink was delicious and they even chatted with me for a few minutes! Would definitely recommend great customer service:)

One worker, waited 15 minutes to be helped at the register. Ordered my drink, and was told she didn't have the ingredients for a medicine ball. Do better.
First time customer to this location and as i walked in today and immediately felt the best vibe from a young lady named Victoria. She was very attentive and helpful. Thank you!

I was shopping at Vons, and decided to order a mocha Frappuccino from the Starbucks inside. The two ladies working there were wearing masks, but no gloves. I have had a mocha Frappuccino many times. I ordered it with cookie crumbs blended into it. The cookie crumbs were only on the top. The Frappuccino is supposed to be made with crushed ice and it is very thick and takes a long time to drink. This one was watery and thin. I t wasn't as good as the other ones I have had. I had to email national customer service to get my missing stars. They corrected it immediately for me.

This is my Starbucks I'm here almost everyday, Lauren is the absolute best always smiling & just so polite I love her truly the sweetest ! This location recently changed a lot of their staff miss the old girls but still great location

I went to grab drinks before school and decided to come into Vons and see their new renovated starbucks, BIG MISTAKE! i went in a little over 30 mins before i had to be at school. i waited 15 minutes before they started on my drinks and on top of that, the barista making my drink was dancing around with my drink in her hand.. not that it was a surprise, she dropped my drink 2 mins after and had to start over (keep in mind that by that time, i had 10 mins to get to class on time). nonetheless, i was late to class. they need new baristas, this was unacceptable.
