11/21/25: Swung through the drive-thru for my usual Medicine Ball, and let me tell you—Justin absolutely MADE my day. His energy was off the charts, his tone said “I actually love my job,” and the kicker? He addressed me by name twice.
I know it sounds small, but sometimes the small things hit the hardest. Justin, keep being you… you freaking ROCK.
And shout-out to the rest of the crew at this SB—y’all were fabulous too. But Justin? His energy touched my soul.

I used to do pick-up only at this spot for years now and the baristas then seemed a bit cold and not as warm. Lately, I’ve lately been coming and dining in and the baristas have been kind, attentive and warm. Whatever has changed, it’s been for the best. I love the vibe at this location because it’s spacious, a number of outlets at the communal table etc. The downside is the parking can be tough.

I love this place when I can afford it ..lol. A little on the pricey side for me but a good variety of coffee and other drinks and various food items which are unique. Pleasant associates.

As a former barista and trainer of this company for almost 5 years, I can say the quality of service of the company has really declined over the years. Nothing could be further from the truth for this store. The baristas are usually always a little short on their service here, and I brush it off because you know, I get it, I used to work there too. But today I was scolded by Lexi for picking up my drink “too early”, and I have never felt such a strong sense of offending a business for simply being a customer. Supporting my local small business coffee shop from here on out. Unfortunately this barista hasn’t learned that you can’t cover up rude remarks with a sweet voice and call it customer service. It’s sad to see this store contributing to the downfall of the company.
