The only gripe I have with this location, is they are never participating in promotions subway offers. I have to travel to other locations if I want a promotional offer.

Beautifully made sandwich! I order mine all the time with every veggie on the menu and can bite into it without anything falling out. So far I've had 3 different employees from here always make my sandwiches perfectly. They also are friendly. The store is very clean anytime I've stopped by. I am not a regular customer at this location but every time I have ordered here they do amazing! I even drive a few subways close to my home just to come to this one.

The bread was fresh, and the entire oven-roasted turkey sandwich on Jalapeño bread was delicious. It was the best Subway sandwich i've ever had. I usually order this same sandwich. Customer service was very good. This location was clean and had constant customers while I was there. I'll be getting a sandwich for here again.

About three weeks ago I placed a very large catering order for my Mother-in-law's funeral, to be delivered to the mortuary -- I primarily dealt with Jessica, who is absolutely LOVELY.She couldn't have been more kind and patient. I live in Riverside but the funeral was in Long Beach, so I had lots of questions, and Jessica couldn't have been sweeter when dealing with me; she answered my multiple calls and multiple questions with empathy and professionalism.This was a trying time, in addition to which I was the one in charge of food -- so the responsibility of that took its toll, and Jessica couldn't have been kinder.I am blown away to find such great customer service, especially in a fast food industry these days. Dealing with the public isn't always easy, I'm sure, yet Jessica -- and everyone I spoke with there -- was incredibly professional and kind.Sandwiches were a big hit!Thank you, all, for making a difficult time a lot more manageable!

I jokingly asked the young lady if it was a footlong. For some reason, she got upset and had an attitude. I said again, asking as a joke that I would measure it. She responded, "If you have time." Rudely, I might add. Well, I did have time. ?? Must be the inflation even the footlongs have been shortened.

My bead was so hard I couldn't even eat and it tasted old so sad there food should always be fresh
I ordered a Salmon Bowl with veggies and rice. I got Salmon and all veggies, no rice. The veggies and edamame were overcooked. Also, they didn't have brown rice for my husbands order, so he went to Subway instead, which is in the same strip mall as Fugi Grilll. Won't be ordering again.

Tried to place a phone order lady hung up on me mid conversation. I was able to hear her but I guess she couldn't hear me. I Called back again and no answer.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I stopped in to get a sandwich for work. I arrived right before opening. My sandwich was made quickly and correctly. I dont have any complaints.
