The service was awful. The girl was rude and was using bad language. I will never go back there again! She needs to get fired.

I went to this location to pick up some sandwiches for a small birthday party. The lady who helped me was very rude and irritated that I wanted the onions and pickles on the side. She had tattoos on her hand and neck and said her name was Amy. She definitely needs some training in friendliness and customer service.

Went in around 10 am. There was an older woman prepping bread. I said good morning and was completely ignored. I though, ok maybe she didn't hear me but I quickly realized that wasn't it. She was extremely rude and seemed to hate her job. I don't understand people that work in the service industry and act that way. I understand we all have bad days but that is no one's fault. No reason to take it out on customers.

This place definitely needs a hygiene inspection.The guy who works there has no common sense of handling food, and im pretty sure that he was not properly trained or does not obtain food handler's certificate.First, he dropped a slice of bacon on the floor and grabbed to toss it. This was while he was still handling my sandwiches. He did not change his gloves after picking up the dropped bacon from the floor and returned to making my sandwiches. Then, he dropped the oven tray gripper but did not use a new one and continued to use the same gripper on my toasted breads. Third, while his gloves were on, he started scratching an itch on his face and did not change his glove and went back to making my order.Lastly, separate from sanitation, he was applying mayonaise on a nearly run out bottle. Because the sauce was not sufficient, he had to shake vigorously to get some out, and the mayo splattered and squirted out heavily in one area - not evenly. He chose to return that same bottle back to the station. The colleague who was working with him noticed that and had a sense to exchange it to a new, freshly filled bottle. She also seemed to be very annoyed with his actions. I will never go back to this place, and I hope an inspector comes out from the Subway headquarters.

I work close and have made it a habit to eat at your location. You have an older white woman who is always rude when I come in and acts like she is dealing with me and not helping me with my order. Today she was closing down the dining hall two hours before closing. Why would she mop the store two hours before closing.

One of the Worst the Subway so far I visited.When I went in Store, they didn't say anything and also Both of them looked at their Smartphones. When I stood up in front of the Order Counter, I had to wait Pretty Long time because an old Employee still did anything with her Smartphone. I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich, this was the First time she put very Little Roast Beef.Another Lady came in Shop. I think she didn't know about Subway's Order System so she needed time. The Employees started irritating and pushed her to order Fast. If I was her, I would be MAD to them. Several People had already written for their Worst & Awful Serving for Customers. It means that AT LEAST TEN TO TWENTY TIMES CUSTOMERS HAVE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES from those RUDE EMPLOYEES.

I'm just hopping on here to say how much I appreciated Alexis' customer service, today. I had called, frustrated over not being sure whether my order went through on the app or not (because it froze after submitting payment). When she answered, she kindly looked to see if my order had come through, but it had not. We hung up. Frustrated with the app, I started to pack up my work equipment, and decided to just figure something else out on the way to my next destination. But before I walked out the door, my phone rang. It was Alexis, calling me back to let me know my order had just come through! I was happy to know I was going to be able to enjoy my Subway after all, and I was so relieved I wasn't going to have to wait in some other line at another restaurant (as I was on a time crunch). Thank you Alexis for reaching back out to me, and letting me know my time had not gone to waste! - Sincerely, Ben.

Horrible customer service and they refuse to take any coupons even though they're supposed to! I would avoid this place at all costs. The bread was stale anyway so it was a complete waste of money. Next time do better or hire someone who's not completely incompetent at their job.

I saw a BOGO 50% off online, and I was going to pick it up in person. When I asked the cashier to just use the coupon in person rather have to order it online, they said they couldn't do that and I had to order online. That didn't make sense. I basically sat inside the restaurant, ordered the same order on the phone app, and they made the sandwich after the order went through online. The ingredients were fresh, and the order was decently fast because there were no other customers in front of us. There was only one server at the time, so she was working both the sandwich and running the register. As long as the quality of the food stays fresh and is consistent, I would come back.
