I had a great experience with Sugar from the heart! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and sent a couple reference photos. The theme was “Death to my Thirties” and I wanted a dark, gothic, and elegant vibe. They created a beautiful cake and helped me choose the best flavor combo. Everyone loved the cake and it definitely made the impact I wanted for the party. The pricing was very fair and I couldn’t have been more happy with the results! Highly recommend!

The photo says it all! My mom ordered a custom cake for my baby shower and the design was so impressive my guests hesitated to eat it. Absolutely delicious cake. We also got cupcakes impromptu when we picked up our custom order. All of them were delicious. The baker even helped us carry everything to our car!

Sugar from the Heart Bakeshop is hands-down the best bakery I’ve worked with. They’ve helped make both my birthday and my husband’s extra special and knocked it out of the park each time.

I’m not usually a cupcake person, but theirs are on another level. Moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced (even their gluten-free zucchini cupcake blew me away).

Every interaction has been warm, thoughtful, and professional. If you’re looking for something that’s both delicious and made with care, this is it.

I ordered a gluten free carrot cake for my brother's birthday. Personally, I was never a fan of carrot cake but after trying this bakery I have changed my mind. This was the most delicious cake I've ever had in my life. I'll be recommending to everyone I know!!! Tysm to the bakers!

My first time there just today. Picked up an assortment of cupcakes for a show and for my kiddos too. The Oreo cupcake and strawberry cupcake was all I tasted so far, but OMG, ao delicious!! Great customer service too!! Will definitely be back!

Used to be the best place for cupcakes. Now? Not so good. They changed the recipe for the frosting. Its not as good anymore.

I ordered a custom unicorn cake and there aren't enough words to express how perfect it was. Not only was it gorgeous but it was absolutely delicious. I have bought cupcakes from them in the past that were also incredible. From the minute you walk in you can tell how much they love baking and it shows in their products. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is by far the best bakery I have ever been to and I will never go anywhere else.

AHHHHMAZING BAKERY! For starters they’re so patient and so kind and pays attention to every detail. I ordered a gluten free hello kitty cake for my daughter’s birthday because she has celiac disease and everyone was raving about the cake! It was decadent 🎂🤗✨✨✨ I’m writing this right now and still eating the cake!! I love this buisness, I will be coming back forever🎈💕💕💕💕

I tried to order a simple celebration cake within 48 hours and Matt informed me they need a minimum of a week notice. All I wanted was a simple 4 inch cake with white frosting. Susie’s cakes can make me one within a one day window, this small business won’t survive with such extreme practices. Even though I’m sure they taste better, I’ll be ordering from Susie’s.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A CAKE!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! i wish i could give them more stars! they did an amazing job!!! it was recommended by my friend’s sister in law i will definitely be using this bakery for ALL my events! great customer service!
