Ordered a birthday cake for my husband, the cake was dry and buttercream frosting wasn’t soft and creamy, but a hard texture! On opening the cake had a puddle of water on top. Maybe it was a leftover from another order. Cake didn’t taste fresh at all and I followed the instructions included! Definitely won’t spend the money again for a cake from here!!

Loved loved loved my visit to Susie Cakes. The host was so sweet that she even insisted on making a few more mini cupcakes as we wanted them. She was so kind and accommodating that she made-’em as we wanted. Cupcakes were so so moist and looked cute too☺️

$5 for a dry cupcake is insane; the flavor is good but the bread was so dry. I’m guessing they put a lot of frosting on them so it could balance out the dryness of the bread. The staff also wasn’t too friendly but if I worked inside a store that lacked any type of personality I guess I wouldn’t be too joyfully either. The aesthetic of the store is just as bland as the dried out cupcakes.

I just ordered 2 slices of cakes from them for my husband’s birthday on Ubereats. I was 6000 miles away. I wrote on the order note that I couldn’t celebrate his birthday in person… just hoping that the delivery goes smooth and perfect even though I wasn’t there to receive the cakes! And oh my!!! I was shocked to see the picture my husband sent me of the cakes. The gals at Susie Cakes went beyond to make it a special birthday for him. We love love too! Thank you so much!

I bought a chocolate chip cookie yesterday, and i was mid bite when i bit into the cookie i felt a hair in there. I pulled the hair out of the cookie and immediately gagged. I think you guys needs to do better in your health protocols because i never want to go there again.

A good-looking disappointment. I love cakes and everything sweet. There hasn’t been a cake I didn’t like, until I ate one of Susie’s creations. In all fairness, it looked good, but the second I took a bite my tastebuds were assaulted with cheap and ultra-processed ingredients. The word “subtlety” is absent from this bakers vocabulary - cheap ingredients are attempted to be mascaraed by copious amount of sugar, which only made things worse.

So I showed up asking for the birthday cake I ordered online and turns out I had put the wrong day for the order. I had a mini heart attack because I would’ve been a horrible friend messing up a 30th bday party by showing up with no cake but alas that is not how this scenario panned out. Maka was able to pull the exact cake I ordered from the fridge, piped out the happy bday script in icing, and I was on my way! Amazing service!!!!

Bought a 100 dollar bday cake and it was the worst. I was better off going to Walmart or Ralph
Customer service gets 5 stars from me but this is my second time coming to this location in the evening and the cakes have been dry and lack moisture. For the price I expect better quality. I’ve had more moist cupcakes from the supermarket. Not sure if they keep their cakes overnight but both times it did not taste fresh. This will be my last time coming here.

Omg I tried a whole lemon cake that look nice and well decorated but in reality something was wrong with the dough I realize because it was so heavy , when i got home we start the birthday celebration that was shameful all my guest start complaining about the cake the dough was so so hard like needed more time on the oven , outside of that was extremely sweet not eatable, not even a thin slice. we ended up throwing the cake , I paid more than $66.00 for nothing , I don't care pay a lot of money for something good .but this time I waste my money. I would recommend to first try a slice of the cake you would like to get. Otherwise you will have a surprise when you get home.

We just ordered the strawberry cake this morning and was told to pick up at 230. This cake was not moist at all. bread is dry it's Awful. This is an expensive small cake not to be fresh. So this cake was not nade today so i wonder how long had it been sitting in the fridge on stanby. I would like my miney back for this poor quality of cakeThis was for someone special and it couldn't be ate to ruff. Susie useto have really good cakes but this was a big DECLINE.
