I wish they were more consistent with their business hours and had a telephone but I LOVE this place!

Long line but worth the wait & money

TOP 3 BURRITOS IVE HAD HANDS DOWN. 3 MEAT? AMAZING. YES I TYPED THIS IN ALL CAPS SO YOU KNOW.

Food was cold and the wait time was 20 min for some simple tacos.

The service was nice! I ordered tacos, they were very delicious and sauce was magnificent.. I read some of the reviews that people gave, not pleased. Taco Mell must have improved since their last visits.

Not even all that! I had the 3 meat burrito from the crenshaw location and it was bomb! But recently while at the Lakewood mall decided to take a couple friends there after telling them how good it was just to be dissapointed! Everything was too salty! I payed $50 for 3 burritos and 3 tacos ? (not even including drinks) For the price u would think it would be served with beans & rice and tortilla chips. And the cashier had a bad attitude! ? after that I was mad i didnt hit up california pizza kitchen or panda.. Never again!

First of all the customer service was excellent and the service as well are food was made quick the meat was very tender and the Burrito was very fulfilling I could not eat the whole Burrito I came all the way from San Francisco to get a Burrito from Taco Mell and believe me it was well worth it

I walked in the Lakewood location it was very clean. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars. as far as my food my rice was really hard. And the chicken was very salty on the chicken and shirmp burrito the cheese and chicken were at the bottom of my burrito. The workers didnt say much until some guy gave a tip and they all said thank you.

This is my second time receiving horrible customer service here! Cashiers and cooks have bad attitudes. As far as my food, they gave me old hard rice and my chicken on my tacos was stale. Very disappointing especially when you’re trying to support your local black owned business. I will not be eating here again!!

The food is good. Prices are what is to be expected. It's about $10 for a 2 Meat (Chicken/Beef) Burrito. The food is salty. So if you have dietary resources such as salt, be cautious. Service was just ok. It could have been better because I received a more of "what do you want type attitude" from the young lady, like I was bothering her by ordering something. I will return when I have the craving for it.

Any business that does not have a land line or any other means for a customer to call and inform them that the food that was purchase was way too salty and trust me I will not be using their services again.

Amazing food it’s almost insane.

Everytime I go to the lakewood location there is something wrong with my order. The first time my burrito wasnt wrapped properly, it was just balled up in the foil. 2nd time taco meat was cold like it just came out the refrigerator. Third time cashier had a attitude and was wispering and talking about customers. Never had these issues at the one in LA. Who makes a smart response like this? Im sure you're not the owner. And no you didnt offer to remake my order. When i brought it to the attention of the restaurant it was attitudes.

as a black business owner i give this man 5 stars. and i had a problem with my order no less than a hr it was solved.?

Not sure who is reviewing this place because anyone that gives it more than 2 stars is definitely either a friend, not thinking right, or has no idea what actual food should look and taste like. This place is gross, the staff is incredibly unfriendly, and the food is inedible. Wow, I'd be surprised if this place is still in business in 1 year's time. Stay far away.
