I didn't get a chance to grab their names but my boyfriend and I went I to Waba today (2/1) and there was only a cashier and a cook working with many orders piling up. Not only were they able to work quickly and get everyone out as soon as they could, but they were efficient with the little support they had and she was kind and thorough even under pressure. Great customer service!

The service is very poor. I waited like 10 minutes before someone took my order. When I asked if I needed to order online I was given a dirty look. Get that you're busy but you should greet customers and say be with you in a moment that's customer service. I guess it's hard to come by this day and age.

The place was clean but the customer service from one employee didn't get the name young girl with curly hair was very rude. I asked to repeat my order she said you can just look at the screen if you think I got it wrong . I didn't say anything just figured I would give a review . So if it wasn't for that employee I would of gave a 4 or 5 star . If she doesn't like her job go some where else . Because next time I will go to another Waba grill that gives better service .

This place is dirty. I can smell the restroom odor from the dine. The gentleman working the cashier station and cooking has no customer service, I said thank you plenty of times not once did he ever say your welcome or thank you back. Grills are filthy, the ice chute has mold, I can't even imagine the nozzles of the drinks! Where is the district manager or manager? Who's checking this place!

I came to this location a few weeks ago and there was a sweet young lady named Keily who had taken my order and took amazing care of me! Definitely made me feel welcomed and I really enjoyed the food as well. Her kind energy was very impactful and that spread of positivity is exactly what the world needs, I couldn’t help but leave with a smile. Thank you!

Dirty,.. first thing u noticed was the cashier is handling the cash and also the food without washing his hands. Then in one of the plates, glass inside the salad. I don't know what it is, looks like a glass container or something. Went to complain and they don't seem apologetic or say sorry or even seemed surprised... Avoid if you don't want glass in your food or your food to be containminated.

This fuckn waba grill I bought 2 chicken teriyaki but I see 2 pices of glass.like broken glass ball bring to back to that but manager say no sorry just he said I don't no fuck'n s*** I got the picture

Customer service is okay. Only 2 people are working. 1 is cashier, server & chef assistant. I see her just dump the veggie on the hot water. So veggie is a lil raw.
