Normally I dont give reviews, however, I have tried multiple locations and have been let down. I remember Wendys being very good a few years back. Since then, the quality of their fries has gone down. They also advertied new swirl frosties however the mix is all at the bottom and impossible to blend together making it unenjoyable. The receipt showed BBQ sauce but they gave me two sauces I didnt ask for and no BBQ sauce. Hopefully they improve their quality.

Got a Dave's single today and it definitely gave me a mild form of food poisoning don't get me wrong it was delicious and service was good but now I'm afraid to leave the house in fear of ruining my pants
Just left the restaurant and I was missing one bag, yeah I should’ve checked but I’ve never had a problem before, I guess first time for everything. But this goes out to the manager on shift on Mother’s Day at 8ish pm. I called to tell her what happened, she keeps telling me she made the order and handed it to the guy to hand to me, so i might be mistaken. I said well you probably did make the whole order and handed him 3 bags but i got 2. Now mind you, I don’t have an attitude nor am I rude to her at all. After going back n forth for a while with an attitude she asks me “ what do you want me to do?” To which now I’m annoyed because why are you mad at ME when someone dropped the ball on YOUR watch?! She later calmed down and I declined a refund or a remake at that point. I told her check your cameras because I’m not lying. I ended that note with wishing her a good rest of her night and hung up. This is what I’m going to say, I work in the food industry and yes a lot of people lie to get things for free, I get that because it happens to me too. But not everyone is the same. And because she assumed I was like that I’m out a meal and my money.. go figure.

The Florida Wendy's is always great it's a little pricey now and the more people that there is there with orders the more time they take I had to wait over 35 minutes just to get my order and then they told me that somebody else has taken my order so they have to make it again and I had her waiting 😭 I should have got that for free
