Bad service the lady so rude . There was a person before me Hispanic employee she was so rude . She snap the thing from the lady . I think if she not happy giving customer service she shouldn’t work t the front .

Froyo was good with decent topping selection. Boba tea servings were very generous for large, but it was almost impossible to communicate with the staff over the background noise. I could not hear anything they were asking and resorted to doing my best at lip reading within the context of what I was ordering.

The place is closing before 9pm on Fridays, i was trying to buy for my kids some drinks and they told me it was closed 15min before 9pm, I went back to ask what time they close and a young lady said 9pm and I told her well your closing 15min before, my son was very upset because he was really craving the milk tea with boba, I always stop to buy my kids drinks after shopping and it’s even been 5 min left to closing and they still welcome you in, I hope they can get the closing time accurate for a better customer satisfaction. Date I visited the place 8/23 and I had to write the review in my car that’s how unhappy we felt!!

I've been getting boba drinks from this place every time I'm in that mall.They are decently made, prices are very reasonable and the portions are very generous.The staff is good and approachable.

I wanted to buy a chamango, but I asked if I could have half lemonade flavor and half the "original" flavor and they didn't want to do it, they preferred not to sell anything.I went to another place to buy snow for my family.
