The first thing that hit us when we walked in was the overwhelming scent of cleaning products, particularly the distinct smell of Fabuloso. While cleanliness is important, the scent was so strong that it detracted from the atmosphere and made it less enjoyable to be there.
Adding to the frustration, several machines with the flavors we wanted were out of order. Although I appreciated the effort of the employee who tried to fix them, we were left with limited options, which took away from customizing our yogurt.
Overall, this visit was underwhelming, and I’m not sure we’ll return to this location. While I understand that occasional issues happen, the combination of the overpowering smell and the lack of functioning machines made for a less-than-ideal experience.

I love froyo it is my love language but this location is so busy when I go they are usually out of the original tart they need to start putting two machines with this flavor clearly we all love it

No other flavors but three vanillas. No tart flavors. Machines were broke i was told!!! No hot fudge as container was empty. Only half of the condiments available. Sad and pathetic!!!!
This establishment was very dirty. The displays with the flavor names were super dirty and looked like they had fingerprints all over. The area around the toppings containers was very messy as well as the fridge next to the cashier. It is the dirtiest Yogurtland I have ever seen. First and last time I will come here.

Went with my family last night and the gentleman working was so attentive and kind. First my 4 yr old dropped her spoon and before we could even as for a new one, the employee was already onto of it and handed us a new one. He also gave my daughter some super cute stickers which she was so happy about. My husband gave his compliments on the spot, but I wanted to share here so everyone can see. I hope he sees this and knows he's doing a wonderful job and his hard work is appreciated ??

I was a little disappointed with my recent visit to Yogurtland in Lakewood. Frozen yogurt is one of our favorite sweet treats, and my fiancé and I were excited to stop by. However, the experience fell short of expectations.
