We went to get our Jack in the Box fix tonight. We really love many food offerings from JIB. Tonight was really really bad. The drive thru line was really long and so my wife decided to go inside. They had kiosks for patrons to order from. It was the WORST. The manager was telling everyone she was stressed and told my wife she couldn’t help her. ??? 25 minutes later we got our food. Really disappointed tonight. I don’t know what’s happened at this location. Hopefully they fix it.

Was I the drive through waiting for 8 min Noone took my order then I went inside. It was 8:40 pm I went inside the lady ws just walking back and forth not even saying I'll be with u nothing I told her are u takin orders. Very rude she yes but I'm backed up how ther was 2 cars no people inside my kids were there. HORRIBLE SERVICE

This place is a mess. Both orders were wrong. The workers way to busy back there complaining then tending to customers.I did see a difference in the way they serve customers that weren't Mexican.I guess No Gringos Allowed.
