Every time we come to visit family in Bakersfield we drive out to Lamont to La Mina. They have excellent homemade food. We have eaten tamales, menudo, quesa birria tacos, and their breakfast burritos on several occasions. Everything is always hot and delicious. If you have to wait a little it's because it's homemade. If you want fast food go down the street.

Haven't stopped here in years and was hoping I wasn't going to regret it, but I did. They had one cook and no order besides mine. Waited about 15-18 min. Come to eat the one size of asada fries priced at +$10. My fries were crunchy and they add queso fresco? No bueno..
