We came into the store and they mentioned that the card reader wasn't working and that they were only taking cash. They also told us that they turned off the toaster because they were about to close. Mind you they close at 10 pm and when we went it was 8:45 pm. Also we had another experience with this store where they were open but had no bread prepped. What kind of sandwich shop has no bread?!? We gave this store another shot but that was a mistake lol Horrible service.

I don't understand how hard is it to give good costumer service, I walked in asked the guy a question about their wraps with 0 people waiting in line and he was like the menu is on the board like he hates his job, like damn okayyy thanks maybe find somthing u do like ! lmao never again 👎

Went in at 10am to order 4 footlong sandwiches to be picked up by my husband at 6pm . He went to pick up sandwiches and they were not ready. They had to make them right then. Didn't give my 4th sandwich that I had paid for. These people didn't know what they were doing and didn't have the sandwich containers. They were just put in a subway box. They didn't give my husband the receipt back, the one I gave him that I had paid. I will not use that subway anymore.
