Worst service ever. The night wasn't busy and it was just a table of 3. Waited for over 20 minutes and not even one server acknowledged us. Another party of 4 came and instantly was served. I hate doing this. Customer service should always be priority. I had to leave with my family... Worst Applebee's in Lancaster.

Well, Applebee’s had the $15.99 special the riblets fried shrimp and chicken strip. Well let me tell you that’s the worst stuff I’ve had in a long time. The chicken strips were dry the riblets I don’t know what rip off of the light it came off and the shrimp had so much batter. They were not crispy. The shrimp didn’t even taste like shrimp. I had one of them and I was done, but here are the pictures

Unfortunately not a great trip. The spinach dip appetizer was obviously prepared in a microwave burnt to the sides the dish was not even full. Minimal chips served. The chicken tenders were super small. The food took 30 minutes to come out and 20 minutes for refills too. Sad trip.
