Won’t come here at all … walked in and no welcome host… waited for 4-5 min for a host to come .. then got seated and waiting for another 10-15 min with no service… a group of family came after a few min more … they got helped before us … so to top it off bad choice in coming and spending my time here … talked to the manager jasmine and she is attentive and friendly but seems like she brushed my opinion to her staff In not being there for the customers. Management and staff needs to be attentive to customers … hope this reaches top management and they get back to us …. I thank your staff in showing me where not come anymore for future business…

Me and my wife went to this location last night and soon as we were seated they turned the air conditioner on it was freezing cold and very unbearable ? to the point we asked for our to go and for what we ordered my wife ordered steak and potatoes and I ordered shrimp and coleslaw the coleslaw taste unfavorable and bland and the potatoes my wife said taste like plaster we were very disappointed and the worse part was the wait of over ang hour to receive the order so that's a nope for Applebee's thus far

My order was a sherly temple with a mushroom Swiss burger. The plate came with lots of fries. They are seasoned well. The burger could have been presented better. The flavor is great! My order was taken by the bar tender, and I was served in a timely manner. The music was at a perfect level, not too loud and not too low. The tables and menus could have been cleaner. The bartender was very polite and checked in with me to see how everything was. I would recommend this apple bees over the palmdale one. Good food, good service

I had just had an appointment at a local medical facility (I'm from a different town)We were starved, and after looking for what seemed like forever we chose Applebee's as it was closer than we thought.The restaurant had maybe 20 people at the bar and sitting in the "eating" booths/tables.Our server was new and we understand about those sorts of things so we orderedThe drinks then food arrived promptly and was delicious,I enjoyed the grilled Chicken Alfredo with broccoli fleurettes.My wife the Classic Cheese burger and she was happy (and full)as well.Overall good experience great food.
