Essex, the newest addition to the Arbor Court Empire. They also own Kensington's campus Apartments on 30th West & Ave. I, next to the veterans home, as well as Arbor Grove. Arbour Court is owned by LA Mental Health Care. These places are great places to live for seniors at 55 and older, that is Arbor Court, Arbor Grove, and the great new Essex Apt's.

My brother-in-law lives here. It's better than living in a tent in the desert. They just need to get rid of the drugs in this place. Seems to be alot of that.

I live here at the arbor Court apt building my identity is stolen?
This complex is mostly disabled fokes. There's security but only 2 officers out of the security team do there job diligently with competency the rest neglect there duties to and refuse to do there jobs the right way.As for the complex itself It seriously needs to be condemned with all the problems it hasNot only is it for the disabled but home to several different insect the majority including the most nasty roaches in most apartments
