I've eaten at several different Mediterranean places locally and this is still by far my favorite!! Esp try their garlic spread wow! Also the baklava and they always have rather rare oddities you can't find anywhere else keep up the great work serving delicious food to the community!!!
Great food, great service, needs a cleaning and renovation. I love this place but they really need to clean it up, get some new tables and chairs and make it look nice. I get that they don't have room or the equipment for dishwashing but they should at least have a clean comfortable place to sit and get rid of all that useless garbage in there wasting space. I highly recommend this place but it would be nice to see it LOOK nice. Needs a makeover. Call Gordon Ramsey!
Small hole in the wall place. Food is really good.
The foods are certified halal and are very delicious!
BEST Mediterranean food there is in the Antelope Valley. It is a great hole in the wall that everyone must try. My husband and I have been going there for years and they have always been consistent in the food. We have tried other places annd they do not meet up to par with AV Kabob. Absolutely everything is delicious - quantity of everything is perfect, heck you can even share a plate. Like everything else, of course it might be a little pricy but I can assure you that you definitely pay what you get and they do not skimp out! It might not be the most luxurious place nor have “fancy” utensils and such to dine in, but all that shouldn’t matter for the quality and quantity of the food! Please try this place, I can assure you that you will never want to eat at another Mediterranean restaurant that is not AV Kabob. I will post pictures once we go again! AGAIN, THE BEST!!!
Great take out place. Food is amazing.
I love coming here to eat and shop for International spices/food. The people are friendly. The selection is a bit small for shopping but I'm happy for what is available for purchase. Eating here is such a good idea. The dishes are outstanding.
Been ordering the mixed grill plate that comes with chicken, beef, and lamb, to go, for 17 years. It's always good.
Great food.
There are only 2 tables. Noone was there. We ordered at the counter from one of 2 employees. We waited 25 minutes sitting right next to the counter within vision drinking a coke waiting. After 25 minutes we asked how long. They said "For what?" They just took our order and walked away and did something else. Never even started our order. We left and went somewhere else. Won't try again. The menu wasn't that unique that I'd give them another shot. Just rude and bad business.

They are serving food in styrofoam containers to eat inside and in to go orders ?. That’s bad. I came very hungry and wanted to eat inside, but they just proposed me styrofoam containers, and that is the only thing they have. No alternatives, no aluminum foils, no special plastic containers marked microwave-safe or normal plates. They have a larger containers of aluminum foils intended to large orders only. The food itself is not cheap, considering that they serve it in cheap styrofoam containers. I wanted to order lamb kebab and the price for to go or eat inside was $19.99 without tip or taxes.
I refused to eat there. And I had a feeling that they didn’t mind.
Styrofoam is generally not considered safe for hot food and therefore it is bad for human health when is placed hot food in it, as it can leach harmful chemicals. Also the foam can break down and transfer small plastic particles into food which can cause problem with health.
I was forced to go to another place to eat by being very hungry. I didn’t even have a chance to try their food since they don’t provide alternative plates. I don’t recommend this place for people who care about their health since it is not safe to eat from styrofoam containers.
They have Arabic store next to the cafeteria. They have fresh and good items there. I put overall two stars for the whole experience. They didn't give me to try their cheese as well which sale by weight. Well ok no try no buy. ?

Food is great for a mom and pop shop. Think the guy taking the order was having a long day. Not mean or rude, just a little dry. Overall, I'll eat there again.
