They have some really good pastries here if you're ever in the area I highly suggest you stop and try this place out it's worth it stop stretch and liquidfy yourself

Can't believe these bagels exist in Lancaster. I went to Panera and they ran out of bagels (how's that possible at 8:30?), so I found the Bagel Bakery. I'm so glad Panera ran out. Bagel Bakery taste better, is bigger and cost less than Panera. And it's family-owned!!! I almost didn't go because Yelp says it opens at 10am. Not true!!!! The hours are M-F from 7am-12pm. This is my go to place for bagels in Lancaster!

I am so impressed with this spot along with other eateries out here. We are from OC/LA & don't venture out this way, so we had low expectations. Such fluffy donuts and perfect bagels with a generous serving of cream cheese on the side. If we ever come through this part of town again we'll be sure to stop by! :-)

There food is great, people are awesome, but there opening time is inconsistent. It says 7 but I've seen them open at 730 or later on multiple occasions.

If you're looking for a bagel, cream cheese and other pastries and you're in the Antelope Valley...come here! You will not find a better bagel. They're large, freshly made and so good. They also have cream cheese if that's how you prefer your bagel. Because they're the best bagels, they will run out of their jalapeño cheese (the best selling bagel) if you don't reserve it the day before or make it in early. I went in to see what they had and for some wheat bagels, which were really good and made arrangements to pickup half a dozen jalapeño cheese bagels the next day. I returned the next day to purchase my bagels and the bag was ready for me to pay. So tasty! Panera bagels and other large bagel shops don't make them like this anymore.
