Big Belly Pizza Company

Really great pizza! I've been traveling to Lancaster and wanted to try a local pizza place. Big Belly did not disappoint. My mom and I got a $5 slice and drink each, and a Biggest Supreme to go. The ingredients are quality, and not skimpy. They have good ranch (so important). The prices are great. And even more than all that, the person who helped us was super nice. 10/10 would recommend and will be back for more pizza!

They have gluten free pizza! And it's delicious! Excellent customer service and the ambiance inside is awesome! I highly recommend them!!! Did I mention, GLUTEN FREE PIZZA?!? Much love for Big Belly Pizza and their incredible staff❤️

This was our go to place but the quality has tanked. I even tried to call to let them know my concerns but didn't seem they cared. The person told me to ask for well done. I just want a pizza that's not raw dough with cheese.

The pizza was a little bit dry. My order was a Hawaiian pizza I added two extra toppings. My pizza came a little bit dry even though I ordered it with extra toppings. If I was to order it again I would order extra cheese definitely. I might try it again definitely ordering extra cheese. The ingredients were very delicious just not enough of them. Everything could have been doubled on my pizza. Especially the cheese.

This place has went downhill, it’s unbelievable. They have a whole new staff that doesn’t know what to do. The food is coming out late and wrong. They really need to bring Sabrina back. I tried to bring my problem to their attention, but folding boxes and pouring ranch is apparently more important than customer service… and how do you forget to put an entire topping? How do you miss that?

Big Belly is the best pizza in Lancaster. It's affordable and always consistent. The staff are always nice and are quick to fix mistakes, which there has only been one that I have experienced. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never been disappointed.

UPDATE: the last 4 times I've gone there they have gotten something in the order wrong. The first time they got the pizza wrong and I sat in the lobby for an extra 15 minutes while I had a bunch of people at my house. The second time they forgot the salad and I had to drive back to pick it up, for it was paid for. The third time they sent a 6 piece wing when I paid for 12. This time they put ranch dressing in the Cesar Salad instead of cesar dressing. I'm getting tired of driving back every time my order is wrong.
I'll continue to go here only because the pizza is good and it's less than a mile from my house. But their staff needs to start paying attention to fill the orders correctly. From now on I'm going to double check my entire order in store and treat them as incompetent as they seem to be lately.

Food is always good, also heard they have new owners now. Came in on Sunday September 08, 2024 at 3pm and the staff was friendly. Got a pizza and it was fresh and delicious. New owners use real mushrooms! Last owner used canned mushrooms alot.
