Love the food and dricks here! Always delicious. Staff is friendly. 4 stars due to the time, because sometimes the orders take just a bit longer than I think is appropriate. Atmosphere is fine enough,but was better pre-covid when they had more tables. Still recommed this place and will continue to go. Fried tofu, pho, popcorn chicken, fresh spring rolls, macarons, boba, smoothies--all things we love here.

Delicious boba, perfect consistency and flavor. The Pho was fantastic and we usually have Pho in Chinatown LA. Great service, friendly and gracious. We’ll come here again for certain.

Love the food and teas/boba choices. Love the pho, calamari, pop corn chicken, my fave is the fried tofu. Friendly owners & staff. We've been going there since 2015 and always a great experience. ? ?
The boba from this place is great but me and my fiance have showed up here five times either in the morning when it opens or through in the middle of the day and they have been closed

Delucuous calamari, crunchy with tasty sauce. I got regular but they also have mild and spicy. Boba pearls were good and not old and hard like some othershops ive been too. I wish they had melon flavor but still have a really good variety. also have fries and more. atmosphere is okay. kind of small to have anything private.

The absolute worse customer service I ever received in my life. We just left here and after both me and my boyfriend was given our drinks I noticed my large Lavendar Milk Tea was a small. When I told the same brunette girl that took our order that I got the wrong size and that I ordered a large she gave me a dirty look in front of other customers and put the receipt on our table and said if I want to upgrade for a large she can ring me up for 1.50. After she told me that i said i ordered a large. Then she walked away from me and left to the back kitchen area It wasn't about paying the 1.50 it was about how I was treated and the attitude I was given. And why should I have to pay for her mistake of putting in the wrong size? I understand everyone is human she could of handled it more professionally and apologized about the mix up and go talk to a coworker or supervisor about the mistake. Not take it out on me with rude and unprofessional behavior. We bring our 4 kids and our selves here every weekend and I don't want to go back after how I was treated tbh.
