So far I've had the soy ginger, the honey BBQ, and the lemon pepper boneless wings. I'm usually more of a bone-in kinda guy (hey yo) but these are the best boneless wings I've ever had ANYWHERE. This is becoming one of my family's go-to take-out spots when we're too lazy to cook.

My family of four moved here to Lancaster in May 2024 from Los Angeles most of everything that I have tried has been a disappointment. But this place is amazing. I ordered once and was very satisfied so when My family wanted Wingstop and (I am not a fan of Wingstop) I decided to eat here. I’ll definitely eat here again.

This chicken is BOMB! LOVE the sandwich even though it gets super messy. Their boneless chicken wings are GREAT. Some proper meat for sure. That Soy garlic is AMAZING! Proper Louisiana rub, as well. The only thing that was meh is the service sometimes. When the young lady is behind the counter, service is phenomenal. Everything is always correct and we leave happy. Anytime one of the young men is behind the counter, my order is wrong. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered the boneless wings and gotten bone in. I gave benefit of the doubt at first, but after very clearly and loudly stating I want boneless but getting bone in, I know it ain't me. It's also only when it's these dudes behind the counter. Anytime that young lady is there, FANTASTIC service and all is correct. It is still some really good chicken!
Every time I come here, I have a revelatory experience. Never has any other chicken affected me so. The owner of this restaurant has become a familiar face and a dear friend. When I walk into Boom Chicken, it feels like home. It breaks my heart to have to leave after lunch. I can not recommend this place enough.
Boom chicken lives up to its name. They have a very simple menu packed full of flavor. You can choose from chicken wings, chicken, tender, chicken sandwich, and they have a different and very unique flavors. I got a 10 piece chicken wing which comes with two flavors, the flavors I chose was soy garlic, and Buffalo. I was very happy with my selection, and these two will be my default from now on. I am going to come back and try every flavor, and I suggest you do the same.
