Wasn't sure of how to use the machine and the lady at the cash register just stared at me like I was not supposed to be there..ordered on the machine finally and wasn't giving the opportunity to print receipt so I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in this place so evidently the food that was there sitting with my name on it was mine and was never told it was even done...that's the first thing that happened and felt weird being stared at like I done something wrong..paid for my food and the entire order was jot the order on the receipt and walked there so didn't find out until I got home 1 hour and a half later to find everything a mess...wouldn't recommend to the worse kinda person at all..I'm owed something for the way I was treated and then my order....come on no reason for it

Was a customer of this location for a couple of years. But my most recent visit was disastrous. Staff could not even squeak out a "Welcome to ___" or "Thank you". They also messed up my order but I only noticed it after coming home. I called to notify them and they insisted I was lying to get a free item. If you have to get food here, make sure to check your order.

The bread is dry, the chicken is slightly dry; it’s 7.44 I don’t feel like it’s worth the price.

Last year, following a very bad experience at a Burger King restaurant in lancaster, I wrote a review for another Burger King that I attended in Barstow California. This past Sunday again in Lancaster but on the other side of town. I went into a Burger King in West Lancaster for breakfast. It was a wonderful experience. The food was tasty and served hot. The restaurant was immaculate. The people were attentive and the price was reasonable, considering fast food restaurant prices are no longer always reasonable. I can certainly highly recommend this particular restaurant in Quartz Hill on Avenue L.

Came on April 24th at 10pm and the ladies gave me hot fresh food and was very nice. Thank you! I and a bad experience with the young boys that work there and take forever and laugh and are unprofessional. But these ladies were professional and fast amd redeemed my faith in this location.

Janeth the employee working the drive-thru window is the one of the worst fast food employees I’ve encountered. Unfriendly and seems to lack customer service. After just handing me my food and closing the window, I checked my order and when I saw I was missing items which I had paid for, she just grabbed my food and took it. on her way to correct my order she was stopped by an older heavy set Hispanic co-worker with glasses who asked her what happened. Janeth told her what happened they both shook their heads and rolled their eyes. I understand you want to go back to chit chatting with your friend, but I only asked for what I paid for and next time make sure you close the window if you’re going to talk about your customers.
