I went there in the morning today. There was a server at the window named Alfred. The system was down. He was very apologetic state com wasn’t freaking out asked me politely if I’d like to wait until he finds a workaround so you could take credit card payment within a couple minutes he was able to take the payment and offer a small discount for the inconvenience. Give that man a raise being able to stay calm under pressure I own my own company and I always praise this type...

Ordered in the drive through. Hate the AI taking the order so swrvice is 2 stars . The staff at the pickup window was kind and helpful and deserves 5 stars. I wish I could rate them separately. My daughter was happy with the food.

Definitely had a good experience this morning. Completely messed up my mobile order on the app and Alfred and Katelyn resolved it without giving me issues and accommodated my request. Came in a little worried I wasted my money on the wrong order I didn’t and left a satisfied customer 👍🏽
