INFESTATION!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Came to pickup a delivery order around 12:30 a.m.....the drive thru and lobby were both closed. I called the store. The employee informed me the store is closed due to the store being exterminated! Yet, they still have their systems up to accept delivery orders so they won't be docked. The employee didn't want to provide her name when asked either and hung up on me when I told her they shouldn't be accepting delivery orders, if they're being exterminated. Pictures provided are the proof the doors are locked, drive thru is closed, and the soda machines and other machines are covered due to being exterminated. Also, the exterminator van on site as proof. DO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY DIDNT THINK ANYONE WOULD NOTICE!!

Stopped here today and the woman working the drive thru was exceptional. She was very nice and just a joy to be served by her. She said she was a supervisor. Thank you for your kindness. In fact, this was a pleasant surprise to finally get an employee that really showed kindness. Very unusual for Carl's Jr. Food was good but the service is why I will return.

Stopped by the Carl’s Jr. in Lancaster today and it hit the spot. I ordered the Famous Star and it came out hot, fresh, and really tasty—classic burger done right. I also grabbed the fried zucchini, and it was perfectly crispy and great for dipping (honestly my favorite side there). Service was quick and the place was clean. I’ll definitely be back.

This Carls Jr on Sierra and Ave J is the best one in all of Av. The service is always top tier especially the sweet older woman who does the window and smiles, her heart is gold and you can feel it in her service! It's always spotless, ive seen them cleaning the drive thru scrubbing it and the bathrooms always smell just cleaned and the inside is very subtle not noisy. At night I know its a whole different scene outside but that doesn't stop the Customer service, the food, and the upkeep of the restaurant.
Thank you for the amazing service every time I come, the older woman does an amazing job of making me feel well served!

Late at night a lot of homeless people hang out here. Sometimes they even come up to the window when you’re trying to get your food. It’s very annoying and inconvenient, be careful.
