I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich, and it gave me some of the worse irritable bowel movements in my life. I thought I was going to die

Antibiotic chicken and incorrect drive-thru order

Love this location. Especially the outdoor seating area in the back now that the weather is not as hot. Love the new shade covers that have been installed. Bathroom is always clean. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming.
I would say if food orders are incorrect, always check your food prior to leaving just in case. It’s happened to me and they fix it right away. It’s a new location with young staff who are doing their best.

Tenders were horrible. Overcooked, no flavor, and one had no meat. The sandwich was good and the mac and cheese.

Does NOT offer benefits or health insurance to their employees. We live in 28117 zip code and all FT employees do not get 401k, time off, health insurance, dental, nothing. It’s awful. Bad company. They make $18 billion per year and cannot take care of their employees better. I won’t eat there again. I don’t care if each are individually franchised. It should be mandatory for every Chick Fil A restaurant to have insurance. You cannot have some Chick Fil A ‘s offering it and some not. Which is what is happening.

WORST CHICK FIL A EVER!!! After sitting in line waiting to order, I place my order which is like $55 I then proceed to the payment window only to be told they don’t accept bills larger then $20…. I have a $50 bill and my food is 55 so there won’t be any change, but nope, we can’t help you. I’m like why wasn’t this policy readily available before I got into line? And how does a multi billion dollar company not able to detect counterfeit. So they tell me to go to the nearest liquor store and get change. So I do. I come back and ask if my order is still in the system or I need to order again, and they say I gotta order again. So in order again, go up to the window, “ohh sorry they cancelled your order” what? I ordered again. Ohh sorry, so a manager comes because the group of teenage kids get confused or something. So I wait and wait. Can you repeat the order again? So I do. For the 5th time. I don’t get it, is cash frowned upon? They acted like my $20 was counterfeit. Every single employee was a teenager. The management must be into little kids because there wasn’t a single adult there amongst the 10 employees. Total bad vibes. Ruined my afternoon. The Palmdale location is 10000x better save your money and don’t ever go to the Lancaster location, obviously the Lancaster one is owned by a weirdo who only hires kids

The drive-through is very inconsistent. Every time I come, it’s almost like they make the food out of order on purpose. I know times can get difficult when there is rushes, but this location needs to be managed better.

I was disappointed all the hype is not for much. It is the first time that I went there ever I asked for a frosty and nothing ever told me that there was ice cream in it. I’m dairy free. I asked one of the workers in the drive-through, what was in the Chick-fil-A sauce Because I have issues with dairy. He said no one knows that it’s a secret Chick-fil-A needs to get it together for people who have special dietary needs. The chicken strips were very small and the whole meal cost me almost $15. I won’t be back.

Today I went to Chick-fil-A and I was disappointed in my order. My fries were way too salty and hard. The chicken sandwich was tough and hard. I ordered two more items and went I got to the window they had another name on my order. Very disappointed!

Chick-fil-A is the best!. In just a few weeks there will be one twenty minutes from my house. I can't wait. Friendly staff, and quick service.

Do not patron or allow your child to work at the 2349 E 1st St, Vidalia, GA 30474 location; nor ANY Chick-fil-A establishments if they do not correct their chains discrimination to a young lady named J’da Bacon. Chick-fil-A should be ashamed for their behavior towards Ms. J’da Bacon at the Vidalia, Ga location by treating her so deliberately unfair. She was grossly singled out and mistreated through their scholarship program. 0/10 Vidalia, GA

They need to put adults in the stores. Ever time you go through the drive thru and you get home the Order is wrong. Tonight at the Leland NC got home did not get half the order. What is going on?

Chick-fil-A offers undeniably great food with consistently high-quality service. Their chicken sandwiches are iconic, the waffle fries are perfectly crispy, and the sauces are so good they deserve their own fan base. The staff is polite and efficient, making dining in or going through the drive-thru a pleasant experience. However, their overt religious stance can feel like it overshadows the business at times. The most obvious example is being closed on Sundays, which can be frustrating when you’re craving a chicken sandwich or planning a Sunday event. While their right to close is entirely understandable, it feels like a missed opportunity for both customers and their employees who might want the chance to work. In the end, the food and service are excellent, but their religious-driven business decisions can sometimes be a drawback for those who value convenience.
