I used to love your food and made a point to treat myself whenever I’m near one. But the last 2 times I’ve been to different locations while traveling (I actually searched hotels with a nearby chick fil a), the chicken was so tiny I thought I got a mistake piece the first time. It was chewy and not good. Went to a different location and again, itty bitty chicken. Like half the size they had been in the past. You couldn’t see the chicken without picking up the bun, it was so small. So if that’s what y’all are doing now, it’s not worth going. I won’t be back.

Please Don’t put the pickle on top of the bottom bun there Soggy so by the time I get home, my bottom bun is falling apart love your chicken sandwiches, but I would like for it to not fall apart Thank You

I went out with my family to this location and this wonderful young lady named Valeria helped me out she was so kind and sweet overall amazing service and I love this location would go back!

Hey guys. Big Chick-fil-A fans here, so this one hurt a little. We waited while our food was being made, but everything came out cold. Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing.
Tried calling to report it, but we’re still waiting to talk to a manager… and we’re still waiting…

Don’t order from here they seem to have difficulty getting orders correct. Two times I’ve not gotten half my order. When calling customer care they demand proof and of course I don’t have proof of something that was never given. They just apologize for the inconvenience and that’s it.

This is the first drive-thru/outside dinning Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Visited on a cold and windy day, but the outside seating was relatively dry and they had multiple heaters surrounding the dinning area. Over all good food and service, atmosphere lacks as it's just a drab industrial like design. Is this the future of fastfood locations? Cold and industrial architecture serving the automobile over human? I digress, probably best to visit this location via POV.

Slowest Chick-fil-A ever. I keep getting trapped in the drive through. Staff is friendly but the food is only so-so. I’m a life-long Chick-fil-A fan, so it’s super disappointing.

I typically never do reviews but this rubbed me raw! Customer service was terrible. I’m handicapped and the server refused to change or replace the watery sweet iced tea unless I went to the window and had a disposition about it. Was told he couldn’t take the cup and change it and that I had to take it to the window, and argued that he saw it was prepared correctly, yet, I’m the one tasting that it wasn’t sweet at all…Make that make sense! Also called the manager and explained and was told that shouldn’t have happened but wasn’t offered a replacement or credit! Virtually $20 to be dissatisfied and mistreated.

The food was fresh and delicious as always and it did not disappoint. Place is well kept clean and great staff with good attitude and service.
