the absolute WORST chick fil a ever!! 0 STARS!! I went twice and will never go back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the Palmdale location!

Worst service ever need to fire the entire staff their all lazy and young minded and are worried about far more other things then the job and the care of someone elses food. This Chick fil A is just terrible and Ive been trying to ignore it but first they continuously mess up my order then proceed to get mad when I hold up the line to assure my self that everything I ordered is in fact in my bag. So today and the day prior I had the same problem I get their at 10:25 Am we all know their breakfast stops being served at 10:30. So I'm rushing to get my order in they just like to take their sweet time to get to you when the line is no where near long enough for how slow the service is. thats just how they prefer to work I guess. So I arrived and I'm waiting to place my order the first lady says to me exactly at 10:30 you can't place an order for breakfast it's over. I'm dumbfounded due to her dragging her feet to get to me so that I'm able to place my order I disregard her fire to the time and ask another employee would they mind getting me some breakfast samples mind you at this time it's around 10:35 he leaves finally gets back to me around 10:42 he's now saying they threw all the breakfast out and would I like lunch this is the second day this happens and this type of service only happens at this terrible location with the terrible workers just drove to palmdale it will be worth it and the food is fresh and the customer service is impeccable compared to the Lancaster location

Every employee looks like they want to off themselves. Not nice, food accuracy is inaccurate. Very sloppy over all. Corporate needs to either send an operator to save this place, or come actually see this location.

Customer service does not live up to the Chick-fil-A standard. I went a couple of weeks ago, I asked Dominique if I could pull forward to see the menu (there were no cars ahead or behind) she rolled her eyes sighed & motioned for me to drive forward. Her tone was rude and dismissive. I ordered my food as quickly as possible bc she was clearly annoyed to be taking orders. Food is hit or miss at this location, rather wait in the long line at the Palmdale location than deal with the rude service here.

It's an outdoor Chick-fil-A, so it's a little different, but the food is still good, and they are pretty quick and easy to order. Maybe it's easier to order from your phone, but the walk up or drive thru are still viable options.Parking: It's a little difficult to move around the parking lot (granted some of it is under construction) but people are very rude and don't allow you room to maneuver around in the parking lot. Last time someone blocked us in when we were trying to get out of their way, and they wouldn't let us go. He trapped us in intentionally, and there was no one else around. I think he was planning on doing something so we backed up nearly hitting him. We didn't, but it would be easier and less stressful if we could move around the parking lot easier.

This CFA is not as friendly compared to the Palmdale CFA and they also didn’t pack out fries right. They’re all only about half way full. Not the best, I prefer the Palmdale one.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! My wife waited 20 minutes gets to the pick up window and they have no record of her order. My wife was in a hurry so she said forget it. My wife called our bank to see if they charged her and it came up a fraudulent charge which put a stop on all our ATM cards. We called the location and the Manager was rude and not helpful at all. So we have been dealing with trying to get a refund and it's costing us more money to get our new ATM cards. Go to the Palmdale location like everyone else is saying. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Driving thru town decided to stop by this location. Ordered two combos: 30 ps nuggets and a spicy sandwich. Did not receive my 30ps nuggets and my sauces. It wasn't crowded to say they were busy; just unacceptable and lazy of this location. Call the number on the receipt, they hung up on me 3x; ONLY option for a refund, is to be there in person or pick up my missed items, most likely the same food they missed sitting on the counter. Never received such horrible service from a Chick-fil-A location.

Make the drive to the one in PALMDALE!! Soggy fries. Grilled chicken sandwich was even worse than a gas station sandwich. Serves was slow. No indoor seating. One star is generous.

Food is good but I don't get why I have to wait 7-12 minutes for two drinks for curbside pick-up just to end up waiting 20 minutes then having go to the pick-up window just to get them and they were already made just sitting on the counter. Don't understand why I didn't get the drinks, I put the right vehicle in.

Waited at curbside pick up for 30 minutes. I approach the curbside checked in and about 8-10 minutes the app said a meme we would deliver my food shortly. 10 minutes pass and nothing as I see many employees come out with their fresh bags just completely ignoring me until some young lady sighed and said "ugh this gray car" minutes later someone finally handed me my cold bag of food that. I understand I came a little late and before closing not even to let it was about 20 minutes prior. But I'm very upset on how I was treated and felt poorly

I went to chick fil a this morning, I come here 2/3 times a week. I’ve ordered at the drive thru payed with my debit card and when I’ve gotten to the window I scan my phone for points earned, I’ve done this twice before. Today I payed at the ordering station with my debit inserted my card and drove forward. When I get to the window I have my phone ready, I asked if she could scan my phone she refuses and says she couldn’t because I already paid (I wasn’t trying to redeem point fyi just earn them & you can only manually add it to the app but after 10 of them it restricts you from manually adding it) I asked “could you just try it, they’ve done it twice before at this location, literally just last week”. She gave me attitude and said no! I was annoyed … honestly the rudest customer service at Chick Fil A I’ve experienced and it’s not the first time at this location. Patricia need some training in customer service.

Food cold. Nothing like the one in Palmdale. Always a long wait when there is no cars. Always getting the order wrong, or something missing. It is clean though.
