Great experience at this location our server was excellent we had excellent service from the time we arrived upto the time we left here.Best service my families had at any Chiles location lately thank you for the excellent experience
My friends and I had dinner here this week, and had a fabulous experience!
I have gotten food from this Chili's a couple of times via mobile order, but this was my first time actually going inside to eat. We were seated almost immediately upon entering, and our order was taken very shortly after that. It was a bit loud inside, as there were still several families having dinner, (despite it being after 9:00 pm) but the staff were doing a great job keeping up with everyone, and were all friendly and kind.
The food was quite tasty, and the portions were reasonably sized. The wait was not long at all, but about the same as you would expect for any dine-in restaurant. Tony, the gentleman who served us, was incredibly kind and helpful, and even went as far as to have them remove the charge for the game kiosk, (we didn't know there was any charge, and only played for a minute anyway) and waited until after we had finished paying to bring us free ice cream! We were so surprised and touched, and I hope we made that very clear 😊
Because you pay electronically, we didn't check the paper receipt until we were leaving, and so missed the chance to mention our server by name in the note we left.

Wheelchair accessibility: Did a good job even moved two chairs out of the way to accommodate a wheelchair at the table
Service at this chilis is horrible definitely recommend any other one worth it only to get take out from here sorry not sorry improve your staff. There’s only one guy that has good customer service he’s near the bar give that guy more hours and cut everyone else’s

Worse service I've had here in forever we sat down and no employee came up to us to order we sat that for 10 minutes then they finally came we ordered our food came another 10 minutes later! And the food wasn't even all that tbh and we got chips and salsa and half the chips weren't even cooked correctly the atmosphere was also horrible people there was just babies crying half the time super loud making it a horrible experience 1/10 do not go!!

Just walked out of Chili’s after ourselves and several other patrons sat there for over 20 minutes within one single server coming up and asking us if we were ready to order and we were ready to order within the first three minutes they were not even remotely busy
