This location is absolutely horrible. I ordered a DOUBLE-wrapped burrito specifically to keep it from falling apart, yet it was wrapped so poorly and was so soggy that it completely fell apart before I could even take two bites. I had no choice but to put it into a bowl.
I paid $47, including extra meat, and received a small, skimpy portion that was nowhere near worth the price. The cheese was cold and not even melted, and the chips were stale.
This was a complete waste of money. The food quality, preparation, and portion size were unacceptable, and this experience was extremely disappointing.

Food is okay. Service, young people should learn how to be more friendly/smile and be nicer to customers. Service pace is too, too fast, I think I got anxiety just trying to order 5 items, going back and forth with the 2 servers, it was too frustrating and top it off with the servers lack of Friendliness made it worse. Cashiers are just standing to charge but still no smile, making the customer uncomfortable, maybe young kids don't care about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, we adults do. 😒😒 It was a BAD EXPERIENCE

I order a steak burrito and it looked like like a bean soup burrito.. watery almost no steak and to make matters worse. It was cold n soggy. Also my bf ordered chips n salsa and was missing. Absolutely no TLC in the preparation of food.

I had to take a moment to shout out KC at Chipotle hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, KC greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that instantly made the atmosphere feel welcoming.
Not only did they make my order exactly how I wanted it (with patience and precision, even when I was being a little picky 😅), but they also kept the line moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell KC takes real pride in what they do friendly, efficient, and just all-around awesome.
The food was fresh, the service was top-tier, and KC’s personality brought it all together. If every Chipotle had a KC, I’d eat there every day. 🙌
I go to this same chipotle on Ave K almost every other day and I see different employees and not ones do these employees say to me not ones that I have to pay extra for sour cream vinaigrette so today, I decided to go get the same thing that I usually get all the time a chipotle bowl steak get this and this time it was some employees that I didn’t know and basically was trying Oh, we charge extra for this all we charge extra for that when you put in less in my bowl but wanna charge extra I think if you’re gonna sit there and charge extra for everything and y’all should do that all the time not just when different employees are there do it all the time in all your employee should know that whatever you ask for is extra instead of not charging a person for it the one on K

The place was filthy inside and out, there was trash on every table, no one was cleaning the dining area, I ordered a salad bowl with double chicken and would have been upset if I had only ordered a regular order. Overall this was probably the worst chipotle I've been too.

Was planning on dining in but the staff members were so unwelcoming, all of them greeting customers with looks of irritation and annoyance. Ended up taking the food to go. Had to go back because the cashier forgot to give the cup that came with my order. Will not be returning to this location.
