If I could give them zero stars I would just for the simple fact that you have to be ready to wait 20-30 minutes just to get to the cashier (if you’re lucky). Every time we come there’s only one cashier; no manager in site to make the call to add a second cashier and smooth it out.

The trampoline area is a nice touch. Something different for the kiddos to do so that's a plus. Obviously everyone knows you dont come here for the food. You will leave hungry. Lol.

We celebrated my son’s birthday here today 7/25 and I have to say, what a wonderful experience! Our party host, Ms. Bridget, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Every other staff member we interacted with was just as kind and helpful—truly a great team!
The kids had an absolute blast. We added the trampoline option to our party package and it was a huge hit. The food came out on time and was just what you'd expect for a party. No, it’s not fine dining, but everyone enjoyed the pizza and sampler platter.
For parents of kids with sensory sensitivities, just a heads up: it can get a bit loud in there, so headphones might be helpful.
Overall, I would absolutely book another event here. Thanks again to Ms. Bridget and the whole crew for helping make my son’s day so special!

I ordered a pizza it took two hours for me to notice my food wasn't ready go ask where my food for them to tell me they didn't have a order for my number but they gave me a receipt and buzzer for what then the manager gone try and offer me a free pass for next time there won't be a next time they need to hire more people this ridiculous I will be contacting corporate

Huge location, plenty of games to choose from, delicious food! Gone is the ballpit and tube playground who's cleanliness one could question. Now there is a trampoline area and a sort of obstacle course that albeit new, appears to be easy for the staff to clean and sanitize. The game area in this location has plenty for kids of all ages to do. From small rides for babies/toddlers, to skill games and arcade games, there is plenty to do. Lastly, the fresh salad from the bar always delivers as well as their pizza which I'd rate as better than all the fast food places (Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc.). The tab can add up quickly so be in the moment and enjoy every minute there with your kids as you see them have fun because you brought a smile to their face. Pro tip: If you buy a timed pass for the games, use it once the kids are done eating so eating time doesn't eat up (pun not intended) play time. 😉

The lines were ridiculous and staff were moving at snail pace. The food I rate about a 3 the wing taste like wing in the freezer section of Walmart . As expected
