Self checkout is weird and their drink machines are always down

On 9/5/23 I went there on the morning just before 8am to put gas and I couldn't figure out how to use self checkout machine and the employees that where there at the time didn't help me they just made fun of me and one employee a girl told me that I have the lowest brain so l left just across the street. I am an older person and i am not very good with computers or technology I wish people where more understanding and had more patience with people like me. I Don't recommend coming to this location the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional to older people i seen this happen to a and older African American lady and the same employees just made fun of her they act like they own the store i hope the owner sees my post and talks to the because they are just horrible to people. GOD BLESS AMERICA ?? love and peace to the world there is a lot of good American people looking for work and that are willing to be nice and helpful to people unlike this boy and this girl there are much great full people willing to work unlike this two rud employees I see so many complaints on this page but I don't think management cares I think they just care about making money and don't care about people they should hire a bunch a baboons I think they would do a better job with costumers than this 2 ? LOL now I understand why they have the k is because of killing the American costumers service really I never seen more rude and unprofessional employees well in Wal-Mart the employees are pretty rude and offensive too

The damn store always closed after 12am it's seems like they always on break it doesn't matter any time after 12 to like 4 am they are closed and it's no way 2 people taking breaks that long for a gas station that's supposed to be open 24 hours and this is daily !! I come almost everyday to get a drink and it's closed.

I had an incident with the old lady with a deep voice. She was extremely rude. This is the second time she did this to me. She always put me behind some even though I was in line first. Will never visit this place again. Today's walk out will be my last time here.

Employees are usually friendly if they choose to help you. For some strange reason they only want to help you when your using self check out ( they hover over you). Check the expiration dates because I have gotten expired items more than once. The store at certain times can be very dirty especially around the soda machines which I could understand if there weren't employees just standing around gabbing. They do have easy to find restrooms

Staff is great, convenient location. Took off a star because of self checkout machines. Creates long wait times & they are useless as you need the clerk anyway 9 out 10 times.

Great gas station but they really need to hire employees with great customer service and security guards as well. Like what's the point of having the store "closed" if it's operated 24hrs ??♂️??♂️

Am 4 months pregnant and need to use the restroom and am being told that the restrooms are closed because they're not clean for a 24 hour gas station on the corner of a busy intersection this is highly unacceptable I'm at the counter in tears because I feel like I'm not gonna make it to the restroom let alone anywhere else WTF!

Bought gas.. had to use the restroom.. restrooms are code operated.. makes no point too many ppl going in and out to have to wait for someone to ope door.. so I asked the cashier ..which was an older white lady if I could have the code she say oh give me a sec.. that sec took 10 min of her talking and doin other stuff..she goes to unlock the door ..she says the door hasn't been working .. mind you I had to s****** So I said well can I use the man's bathroom.. she said no.. so code operated door but they can't be used interchangeably.. how does she know I don't identify as a man.. not sure of how a place like this have code operated bathrooms knowing the amount of customers paying for service. I won't spend another dollar there!!

For a place open 24hrs, they are always closed from 2:30-3:30am everyday sometimes closed till 4am....smdh

This store is the worst and the manger is so rude that my mom went to work and the manager was rude and turn her voice up to my mom very rudely and the works started to point fingers and not respecting her privacy
