The food is pretty good especially given that it is the Antelope Valley. There is definitely room for improvement.
The menu is pretty limited. There is basically one item that I actually like and one appetizer. I would suggest expanding the menu and we would be by more often. It's kind of hard to get too excited about one dish. But, I guess you go with what works for you.
The atmosphere is loud, extremely loud. You will have difficulty having a conversation as it is a confined area. The seating is very close. They have some outside but it is on the west side in the wind.

I really liked this place. It had a great selection of wines and very friendly helpful service. Good selection of entrees. I would like to see an expanded menu. I would certainly visit again. Nice for brunch.

Racist staff/ owners. We were waiting to be seated while Karen walks in and gets seated right away. We stayed waiting for a couple of minutes and were completely ignored. Wouldn’t step foot in that place ever again.

We got sat at the bar, the place wasn’t busy at all. We waited for 15 minutes before just leaving. Servers passed us several times without acknowledgment. As soon as we left they cleaned the menus up, but couldn’t even greet us or take a drink order? Won’t be returning when there’s other great wine bars with much better service in the area.

I went there yesterday for the first time for lunch since a good friend had recommended it. The atmosphere is very nice and if you are a wine drinker, you will absolutely appreciate this place. The entire restaurant was very cold in terms of temperature, and the food was extremely overpriced. My best friend purchased the salmon lunch and her fish was extremely overcooked and looked dehydrated. I had the grilled cheese sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich left much to be desired, and the soup came lukewarm. After having the soup heated, I noticed the consistency of the soup was a bit chunky and not smooth. In truth, Panera does a better job. Overall, we paid more than $70 for just lunch absolutely horrible and will not be returning. There was also very limited vegetarian options.

Didn’t serve us, wouldn’t even come serve water or ask for drinks. Been sitting for 20 minutes. First time and will NEVER be back! Terrible service!

Jeez where do I start. I ordered a medium rare ribeye and it came out HORRIBLY. No sear. Horrible quality (80% tendon). So raw I could’ve gotten a blood transfusion from it. From the time that I sat down, it took an hour and 50mins to order + get my food. I also ordered a lobster bisque and it has the consistency of vomit and smells like the cheese that they give you for pretzels at Auntie Anne’s. Lastly they put a chewy steak on a bed of mashed potato on a small ass plate, so when I would try and make cuts, the mash potatoes would ooze off the side of the plate.

Look, I get it. This isn’t a steakhouse; it’s a wine bar. But for $60, this is the bigger upset than the Mavs losing in the finals to the Celtics. You could make any and all of their food with way better quality for a quarter of the price.

Not worth it unless less you’re exclusively going to drink.

What a wonderful gem here in Lancaster! My family and I were in town for a week, this place was recommended to us by our hotel. Complexity did not disappoint. We were lucky enough to have Dan, the owner wait on us. Dan recommended some amazing dishes and wines for my family. I have a friend that lives locally in Lancaster and she loves Complexity also. I can't wait to go back here next time I am in town. I recommend the Cali-Grilled Cheese sandwich- yummy!!!

Parking: super easy parking- plenty of spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for those on wheels.

Enjoyed a Great dinner here with friends. Really wish we had known about this place sooner. Everything from the wine tastings, crab cakes, charcuterie board to the entrees (duck special was so good!) was Great! Lots of gluten free options too which I was happy for. Our server Rachel answered a ton of questions and we ended up bringing few bottles of wine home with us. 5 stars for sure!!

Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options marked clearly on the menu!

The place is beautiful. Wonderful ambiance and very good wine selection.
There is however room for improvement. The filet mignon with the sauce is delicious, but it seems to rely on the sauce for the flavor and is otherwise bland.
The pasta dishes are also relatively bland and the shrimp was not fully de-veined. The dishes are colorful, well presented, and are served in warmed dishes. Lastly, note that the menu prices are 10-20% lower than the final price.
Given that the dishes hover on the higher end of $40-50 I cannot in good conscience give this a 4 or higher. Near 4, sure, but I don't round up. I hope this gets better.

We've been wanting to try this place for a while. Should have come sooner. Will definitely be back.
Great selection of wines, like nowhere else in the AV. We did a wine flight and lunch, and everything was good. Tried the buffalo sliders, the guacamole, and the Ceasar salad. Great flavors. Not your typical sliders and guacamole.
Good atmosphere and decor. And a nice store a couple shops down with wines, meats, cheeses, and accessories.
We will be going back for the brunch and the evening wine club to test some more flights ?
