I wish I would’ve found this place sooner. Located across the street from Marriott Towne Place, this has to be one of the best restaurants in a 20 mile radius. They serve a fantastic lobster bisque and even better Wagyu sliders. I was honestly surprised by the quality of cheeses and meats available. If you’re staying nearby you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

In the past, this has been a favorite place of mine, but we went the other night and the service was terrible. It took our waitress forever to come to us. She then took out drink and appetizer order, when we got those, it took forever for her to come back to which, we asked about a certain wine. She said she was going to look into it and be right back. Now we still haven't ordered dinner. After the longest time, she came back to us and actually asked us, if there was something she was supposed to be checking for us. I told her what it was and she came back with a replacement wine as they didn't have the original we asked for. So we decided to take the some recommended. She never asked us about ordering dinner, we asked her about it. My husband ordered the curry chicken and asked to substitute to rice to the cauliflower rice, I ordered a bowl of the lobster bisque. 20 minutes goes by and my lobster bisque finally cones to the table, only 1/3 of the way full and cold. No curry chicken for my husband and of course the person that brought my soup, was not the waitress. About 10 minutes later, she shows up, my husband asked about his dinner and she looks at us and says, "hmm, isn't that what I ask you if I needed to do something for you?" I said "that was about the wine...before we ordered dinner." My husband told her to forget the chicken and to just bring the check. After she brought the check, it took her about 15 minutes to come back to take payment. I sat there watching her chit chat with another employee that entire time. She was very sweet, and personable, but not a good waitress. When you have to ask you customers if there was something you were supposed to be doing, something is really wrong there. Maybe write things down. We literally had an appetizer (2) and 2 drinks each and a partial bowl of cold soup. We were there for over 2 hours, most of it waiting on our server.

Food and wine are very good but also pricey! For the price, the service and atmosphere definitely need work. My first visit was 2 days before Christmas, I took my mother here for Christmas dinner after a suggestion from a friend. The food was excellent, kinda high in pricing for the area, but the flavors were there. The service, on the other hand, felt rushed and as if we were an annoyance or the wrong demographic for the buisness they wanted to serve. Mind you, they were not busy at all, most tables and chairs were empty. My second visit went better, but I was only there to redeem a mystery gift, which I received on my first visit. This time, I sat at the bar and had a better experience. The bar tender was personable and made good recommendations. Again, 90 percent of the chairs and tables were empty, so this experience should be at a high level which it was. My concern is what happens when they are busy...

Lovely restaurant! I got the sweet salmon, and I enjoy the taste and the meal portions are perfect. Amazing potatoes (sweet and soft), and the asparagus tasted fresh. 5/5 would come again. Probably with a date or a group of friends. Love the staff!

Visited Complexity for the first time tonight for dinner. I set a reservation online the night before for a Saturday evening. We were immediately greeted by Dan after being seated. They have a large wine selection that Dan made simple with great suggestions. Our food came quickly, and every dish was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable, and lively. It really is a great spot, and gem of Lancaster

This is a wonderful place. The food is top notch for sure. I've eaten most of the menu and rarely been even a little disappointed. Im not even a fan of wine but their sangria is amazing.

The only reason this restaurant, if that’s what they call themselves, gets a star is because they have a decent wine list at a reasonable price. Otherwise, our experience tonight was absolutely miserable. A group of healthcare professionals booked a table to celebrate a milestone achievement for one of the programs at the nearby hospital. We ordered two bottles of quite expensive wine worth about $500. Never mind that they didn’t have our first choice; it happens. Then, after quite a long wait, the appetizers came. I have never seen a bruschetta served as pieces of cheap, mushy bread toast separate from the toppings, which came in a salad bowl. It was pretty much a “make your own bruschetta,” and it tasted disgusting. The olives and cheese plate were tasteless. We shrugged it off and ordered the main entrees. Five of us ordered the same main course. After at least 20 more minutes, the waitress returned to inform us that “unfortunately, the dish we had ordered is not available.” By that time, one of us, who had ordered an appetizer as an entree, left without being served because she got tired of waiting. We were quite shocked by the casual, nonchalant attitude, but as we were very hungry, we went with alternative choices, all of which arrived overcooked. Another waiter bringing the dishes had no idea who was ordering what and just threw the plates on the table. Worst of all, there was zero remorse or apology from the staff or the manager, and of course, the check had arrived in full, including the 18% “big party tip.” I won’t even go into minor details, such as the absolutely horrendous French onion soup, forgetting sugar, water, and wine glasses, etc.I don’t know if this establishment has management (no one came to talk to us), but if so, you should be ashamed of how you treated us tonight. Your staff’s attitude was ridiculous, and they obviously take no pride whatsoever in what they do. We paid in full and left. If any of you guys happen to be at the nearby hospital (God forbid), please do come see us. We will teach you what “taking good care of people” is all about, from A to Z. Shame on you for ruining our evening."

Got their Thanksgiving dinner order...it was fantastic! Thank you Complexity Wine!

My husband and I were sad to hear that our favorite servers Jaden and Heather are no longer with complexity. After talking directly with several servers it's sad to hear what had transpired that prompted their departure. The management needs to realize that the service from the servers is what brings customers back, not the kitchen, especially with their prices. It is important that management realizes their staffs worth, and protects them. It is inexcusable to not take a threat seriously and provide safety and comfort to your team when they need it the most. My husband being with law enforcement, we were very disappointed in hearing this news and will not be returning.

The owner Dan definitely doesn't like BLACK MEN as customers in his establishment. Service was terrible, the bad attitude, very unprofessional. They made a mistake on the bill and the waitress admits to making a mistake and lets him know what she did. Then tells us he doesn't want to fix the bill. Waitress brings out wrong bottles, Dan will definitely charge you for it as if you went behind the counter and picked a specific bottle yourself. Racist, disgusting, and horrible experience. Good luck to all customers of color. Don't go here

Lovely place to have nice and selective wine and liquor, not to mention we had a beautiful time and nice breakfast in patio areas. Make sure to have advanced reservations. Even though we were being patient on food serving time, but overall services, it didn't bother at all. Each and every one was very curtious and professional. I strongly recommend visiting this place for your own experience. Keep up the great work. ?Vegetarian options: Garden omelets,Parking: Convenient location, close to freeway, plenty of parking

This was so relaxing and comfortable for the ladies brunch. We got to be served from the owner which I thought it was awesome, and he was so polite and informative. I appreciate him being the one to help us out. Will be returning every girls night.

I just ordered the sea biscuits and gravy for take out. I came home opened the container and this is all I get for $44! Six scallops and two broccolis and a tablespoon of mashed potatoes! They suck there portions compared to the price you are paying is robbery. I highly recommend avoiding take out from this place! Pop
