Yesterday around 11am we ordered the prime rib breakfast to go and I ordered it medium. When we opened the box, the prime rib looked extremely well done. The whole steak was dark on both sides and there was none of the pink in the middle as " medium" should be. We still cut it in half, and neither of us touched it. It was really tough and lots of gristle. If we were at the restaurant, we would have sent it back. We ended up only eating the eggs, hash browns and biscuits with gravy. Today I called and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager ro let them know it's not okay to serve a piece of meat like they did when we paid $41 for 1 breakfast. I was told they were too busy to come to the phone but she would pass along my complaint. No phone call was received, so I'm not even sure my call was brought to management's attention. If they didn't have a medium piece of prime rib, then they should have called us back to let us know to order something different. I was really craving that breakfast and was totally let down. I will also add we have ordered this breakfast many times before, and It was always delicious until yesterday.

Good food, nice servers, well-run classic local diner (though fairly overpriced). Sadly, I cannot give my continued business to businesses that upcharge customers just for sharing food. If people had to pay extra to let me eat off their plate when I had nothing, I'd have gone hungry even more than I did. Again, very nice people running the joint, but business decisions like this make little business sense, and kind of sting for some.

Ima give it 3 stars only because I haven't tried everything but what I got last time was very bland and not seasoned at all customer service was great loved our server very kind and patient although how busy they were great attitude and atmosphere

Old fashion service, great food variety and a nostalgic feeling of yesteryear are just a few of the cool things I like about Crazy Otto's. Took a friend there last week that I hadn't seen in years and the staff graciously allowed us to spend time catching up. Had not been to Otto's since 2003 but whenever I'm back in the AV, I will be back!

Great family atmosphere and we sat inside a car while we ate lunch. Their menu has quite the variety of food and drinks. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs and the wife got their eggs Benedict. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and top notch. Large portions so come hungry. Handles large groups as well.

Today we went to Lancaster take a ride to a friend who lives there. She gave a tip to go in this place for brunch. Locals like there, and portions are huge. Indeed, the plates serve two easily, tasty and it is not salty. The service bistro really nice, friendly and fast. The ambiance bus really cool! There are car plates, I think around the world. Retro Americana decoration. The price is reasonable, $35 for two by plates.

I organized a breakfast with a bunch of colleagues before work one Saturday. There were 11 of us and everyone liked their plate. The portions are crazy, talk about a full plate! It's definitely two meals in one! Fast and friendly service and old school dinner type ambiance. The wait staff was experienced and friendly. Got to love a good diner!

I ate there today. I had hair in my bacon and the bacon was so overcooked that I used it as a fork to eat my eggs because they had only brought my husband silverware and not me. It was early in the morning there was barely anyone in there it's not like you were busy we did not say anything or complain. I suggest crazy ottos in Acton. Food and coffee are always good
