First off place was filthy. I was waiting for place to open as I was standing or in the cold the guy working tried to be rude and run me off as if I wasn't supposed to be there that early. I was going to order a burrito but the vibe was so bad I thought the guy would do something to my food so I only ordered fries. No customers just me and the fries were undercooked and cold. Horrible customer service and very.rude

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in to order cheesecake bites. I come in here at least once twice a week, considering I live right down the street. When I walk in, there is a customer in front of me who had just finished ordering and is waiting on their cups. I ask if he's finished before I step up to the counter. At this point I've been standing at the counter for 3-5 minutes while the cashier completely ignores me. She never once said "hello welcome to dell taco" or "I'll be right there". Then she proceeds to stand right in front of me, but with her back towards me. All while completely ignoring me. Mind you that she's not the only person working. I could understand if that were the case but it takes 2.5 seconds to acknowledge your customer. The place is dirty and the first table you see when you walk in is a hazard it feels like it's not completely put together and it will fall on you a few barely lean on it. I've worked in food service my entire life and I know for a fact that the customer service is everything if you're not friendly and helpful and knowledgeable people will not want to come back.
