First I haven’t been to this place in a year or so, I paid $76 for an oxtail plate, side of fried pickles and a loaded potato. The potato was good, my pickles was soggy and my oxtails was 90% fat. The service was horrible. Got attitude as soon as I walked in from an employee with long breads that did not have a hair net on dealing with all the food. The Hispanic girl was very polite, took over after the other employee left me there as I was ordering. It wasn’t busy at all just me and one other customer They were out of greens, Spanish rice, peach cobbler.

Poor customer service 😢... order my food and the employee doesn't give you any information about what they have and don't have no Courtesy In telling you that they don't have certain items on the menu. Then they tell you that I don't have no greens. After you pay for your food, they tell you pick something different from the item. She really has a poor customer service. Never will be back to this one again.😢

This was our first and last time going in this nasty place. The location was empty no customers the workers were somewhere in the back and not in site when we walked in. Im sure if we wasn't loud and saying hello anyone here they probably wouldn't came from the back. The cook guy was nice explaining the menu. The prices were outrageous. The food was disgusting, bland, dry and old definitely was not worth our money. The meat was salty and dry. The rib tips were the biggest I ever i seen which is technically not a rib tip. The sides were very disgusting. The candie yams were dry and not sweet. The mac and chesse was dry and old which we kinda seen when she scooped it out the pan. Thr only thing that was good was the kool-aid & ice cream. Then I had a coupon that he said couldn't use because he doesn't accept it even though their name and address was on the coupon. I will never come back to this location again. I hear a lot about them and I don't see how the doors are still open. People here in California don't know good food or how to cook it.

None of the meat was seasoned and they only gave me two ribs .
I wouldn't worry about it any other time, but I caught the bus up there. This is the third time that I have gone to Dickey's restaurant. No flavor and it's very expensive. Y'all need to work on that

By far, a waste of time and money. I went into the location and purchased the 3 meat platter. I purchased ribs, hot links, and sausage, with a side of 6 pc wings on the side. The wings were fresh and the only reason I gave them 2 stars. The fries were overpowering with seasoning, cheese on the Mac and cheese was hard and crunchy, the sauce was very bland and watery,definitely not worth the 47.00 dollars for 1 person to eat. Now it will be another 7 years before I eat there again. DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED

Ordered a $27 plate of Oxtails with Mac N Cheese and Greens and literally got 2 SMALL Oxtails! YES only 2. No way this is worth $27. When I called the restaurant they acted like they didn’t give a dam other than it was FRESH! You will NEVER have to worry about getting my money…If you Oxtails please don’t go here!!!

So long story short bad food no flavor barbecue sauce sucked each meal expensive but price different online to get you to go $8-$15 online but actual price $20-$30 each plate if they have what you want which had to change are meals due to them not having it all I can say is I won’t be recommending this place or eating there again
OVER PRICED Took my daughter we ordered 2 brisket sandwichs / not combo and 1 baked potato TOTAL was $63 On the hanging menu baked potato without meat $3.95 When I went to pay, I was informed that the correct price was $23.95 $23.95 for 1 baked potato without meat that's crazy.. we walked out hungry and went across the street to Jack in the box.. Now I know why the place was empty...

The customer service and atmosphere was amazing. The chicken wings taste good but to salty. The fish was good but to salty. The potato salad was good and the candie yams was also good. The greens were okay. The peach cobbler wasn’t that good I didn’t finish it. The vanilla ice was delicious. The food was so salty I had to take double of my high blood pressure medication 💊 smh 🤦🏿 . I was hoping to find a good chicken and fish spot. I don’t know if you can order it with light on the salt 🧂 if you can I’ll give it another shot. If not I’ll try the BBQ.

Dry and disgusting, employee even mentioned how the person in charge of their FB account spends all day trying to troll people...go online and see their account telling people to go back to the trailer park and whatnot. Then I see the "nice" comments on here...people are catching on.
