They wouldn't provide curbside service. I am parked right next to their rear entrance. The same one used by their delivery drivers.
I placed the order online and did not see curbside as an option, but under the CarryOut option it said curbside delivery. So I chose that one. After I finished placing the order, I called them to confirm where I was waiting and that's when he said it was setup as carry out and that he wouldn't change it. Then as I explained my bad back to him he put me on hold, And that's why I have the time to write this review. Finally, someone else came on the line and told me that the curbside pickup is only until 9.pm but that she will do it this one time but that next time I would have to come into the store. Gee how nice of them. There's a Little Caesars right across the street.

Terrible I ordered 4 pizzas for my son’s 10th birthday. The order was made online and I wasn’t even able to track my order when I came to pick it up in the store. It had never even been made so what’s going on and now the kids party has no food and they were quick to tell me that they can give me my money back!

It's just completely pathetic that when the customer calls for an order,gives what it wants and tells them it's going be a "PICK" up and they say it'll be ready in 20 mins or so. Be more responsible when the customer shows up and you unprofessional people play dumb by ignoring the order and making customer wait when they get there. For future reference communication and responsibilities it's what ignorant people need!

This pizza sucks, no cheese, no sauce, and they lied like my phone order was ready, when in reality, they didn't start my order till I got there to pick it up

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Enrique was so rude to me and my daughter yesterday. He had no clue how to use a gift card I had! He’s such a bitter rude person! He had the assistant manager come and help him with the gift card. I expressed to the assistant manager how rude Enrique was and all he said unfortunately I can’t change peoples attitudes because I’m busy too! I hope Maria the manager reads this post and deals with both of them!

I order on the app for pick up I show up to the store front to get my pizza I was standing in the lobby for five minutes no recognition or a welcome. The people are just standing there and walking around talking. I had to say hello out loud to get recognition and to get my pizza worse service in this Domino’s order somewhere else.

You should have a nicer person in the counter, he was extremely rude and unhelpful, and he called names to your customers, today 1/3/25 it was my worst experience ever, you should check your cameras to see what’s going on in your business, so disappointed !

It’s a Wednesday night and I’m still waiting for my pizza to be delivered after placing the order an hour and 40 minutes ago. The online tracker shows that the order has been out for almost an hour with the driver. Idk what he has going on but I’ve called twice within the past 45 minutes and was told that he was 5 minutes away. I finally decided to cancel because it would’ve been cold by the time it got here anyways. Never again

Misleading advertising concerning the $6.99 deal for two medium pizzas each and the second upgraded to a large. This advertising is all over the TV stations in California but sadly they charge you more because California state is not included in the deal for that price. We call it false advertising!
I think I’m more angry that I’ve experienced this kind of service to a place that is my go to place. My order has not even arrive and I’m sure it will be cold because it’s officially been over 20 min since it left the store. My older took an hour to cook, then it’s letting me know I won’t get it until 12
Min from now. That’s a total of 32 min that’s it’s been in a car. I live down the street from the dominos so I think they sent the driver intentionally away not sure. It honestly suck since I did have an aweful day and to be this dissatisfied. Not sure I’ll ever order from here. Be warned the managers and this people don’t care about their job or the store. Sadly still no pizza and my kids are hungry - I ordered at 7 and it’s 9 not sure what’s going on so it is what it is. Will call corporate tomorrow to file a complaint.

This location is TERRIBLE! Every time I order pizza there’s always something wrong. With these workers or with my order. Either my food be very cold and hard when I receive it or they don’t complete the delivery. And when you call to check on your order the employees give you the run around with a bunch of lies. And they have bad attitudes.
They took over an hour to deliver the pizza to my house, the app said order complete yet still no pizza, I called the store to check how long & no answer, I even waited on the line for about 20 mins wondering where the f my pizza was.. Terrible Service..They need to stop marking orders as complete before they actually deliver
