This location seriously needs to upgrade their system for accepting EBT or get rid of it entirely but don't tell me over the phone that you accept EBT and when I get there it doesn't work I know there's nothing wrong with my card because I've used it at every fast food establishment in town and most every grocery store Long story short fix the problem

I searched the website and ordered 5 boxes of 3... surprise, they do have any... the employee doesn't know how to treat customers. That's not his job. He should have training to get more customers.An employee and the young lady. I try to help. The older gentleman. He has no training.

Called inn for pizza never showed up but showed dlv on the tracking, i called them they put me on hold twice some lady told me pizza will be there in 5 minutes, she lied to me, it showed up 30 minutes, I was on my way to dominos to complaint til my wife called me that old man dlv the pizza and he was tired. No Apology Lied to me Did not wanted to answer my calls after I called 15 times. If she would been honest I would of understand,I heard she was supervisor, if was the owner I would fired her very dishonest supervisor.

They wouldn't provide curbside service. I am parked right next to their rear entrance. The same one used by their delivery drivers. I placed the order online and did not see curbside as an option, but under the CarryOut option it said curbside delivery. So I chose that one. After I finished placing the order, I called them to confirm where I was waiting and that's when he said it was setup as carry out and that he wouldn't change it. Then as I explained my bad back to him he put me on hold, And that's why I have the time to write this review. Finally, someone else came on the line and told me that the curbside pickup is only until 9.pm but that she will do it this one time but that next time I would have to come into the store. Gee how nice of them. There's a Little Caesars right across the street.

Terrible I ordered 4 pizzas for my son’s 10th birthday. The order was made online and I wasn’t even able to track my order when I came to pick it up in the store. It had never even been made so what’s going on and now the kids party has no food and they were quick to tell me that they can give me my money back!

It's just completely pathetic that when the customer calls for an order,gives what it wants and tells them it's going be a "PICK" up and they say it'll be ready in 20 mins or so. Be more responsible when the customer shows up and you unprofessional people play dumb by ignoring the order and making customer wait when they get there. For future reference communication and responsibilities it's what ignorant people need!
