Bad food
Bad costumer service

I Went here to eat a delicious plate of
((caldo de res ))
But for my surprise, the lady who attended us had a bad attitude, towards us , adding that we had to wait almost 40 minutes to our food being delivered to the table , the soup was horrendous, adding that, the hand made tortillas wasn’t even cooked properly, and the meat was still having blood in it , bad experience, and I won’t go there ever again, 🙏🏽.

If I can give no stars I will, my husband came out of the hospital and I order him a caldo from here, unfortunately it had no meet but the bone. I took it back as I opened it and didn’t touch it the lady was arguing back and fourth with me and she did return my money I left the food, she clearly said I’m lucky she even gave me the money… I didn’t pay $21.00 for a piece of bone. And the costumer survived was horrible, I am a super nice person and I came in super nice but I did leave with an attitude because that’s what I received

Doña Blanca Salvadorean Restaurant is a típico place to have authentic Salvadorean food, pupusas, and corn fried tamales that are so delicious.

I been a regular customer to this restaurant, but today I went to eat some pupusas. They charged me $4.50ea for the cheese and frijoles. Also they hardly had any filling. The horchata was water down. I ended up spending $45 for 6 pupusas, 1 horchata and tiny quesadilla. Prices are RIDICULOUS!!!!

I did not like my experience this time. I've gone here before, and this time, I ordered Mojarra frita (fried fish), and the taste was got good at all. I'm a 3 year experience sushi chef and handling license/certificate. So i could definitely tell it was not good quality. Once I let the server know I need can't eat this and need to order something else, the cook came from out the back and started yelling at me saying how is the fish not good if she just made it. And came up excuses that didn't even matter, cause she says " the fish is old and just cooked it out the freezer".

In the end, I let them know I was not going to pay for it, and they demanded that I pay $18 for it even though I only took a bite.

But for me it's all about customer service. If I find that a dish is not good, I will not be paying the whole price, if they would have understood and asked me to get something else from the menu without charging me for the plate I would have kept coming back and tipped them good.

Good to know I will not be coming back and eating unappetizing old and frozen food.

And if you experience the same, just walk out cause I didn't pay full price, I paid for what was good. They were asking me to pay $35.83, and i only paid $26.00.

Terrible service, especially from the owner, today my son went for pupusas and the old woman treated him rudely, as if we asked for a loan or a gift, we bought 8 pupusas and a little bit of sauce and curtido wanted to buy more sauce and he didn't want to sell it to her and Honestly, she needs clients to win and I gave her a star because she won't let me not give her anything.

The food was really good. We spent $63 for 7 pupusas, an order of plátanos fritos with beans and sour cream, yuca con chicharrón, and two large horchatas. We picked the food up and it was ready in 30 mins. The service was good, which I've seen other reviews that it's not, but it was pleasant. The pupusas have alot of flavor. The plátanos were moist and not dry like other places when fried. The yuca was also not dry which was really good, but they only added 4 small pieces of chicharrón. For the price, it should have at least a couple more. The horchata tastes amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Hello everyone!!
First of all, I am not the type of person who goes on the Internet to look for the website of the place to write a review, but unfortunately, as a LATINO, I feel very sorry that people from the same town as you treat their clients or consumers in the worst way. .. The lady who is inside preparing the food from the moment you enter the restaurant looks at you from top to bottom to see who you are, with a smile I greeted her and she didn't even have the politeness ? ? to respond, well from the beginning she took an attitude of arrogance and pride, the lady, I ordered pupusas there with my sister and my friends, then it took almost 45 minutes for 8 pupusas and a traditional dish, the man who works there was equally inefficient when it came to serving, I asked him how much longer it would take and He responded with attitude that they had a lot of orders and that we had arrived at a time when there was a lot of order, the restaurant was not even full, there were only 3 people eating in the restaurant.
In the end the lady charged me and charged me $50 dollars and I told her how much each pupusa was worth and she told me that they charge you extra for a card transaction of almost 6 dollars, really if this lady is from El Salvador or the restaurant is Salvadoran everyone I apologize, not all Salvadorans treat people like trash ? this lady and her staff do not REPRESENT me as a Salvadoran, it is a shame that this place is still open to the public.
For that reason alone I give them 0 stars ?
AND THANKS!!! ?
