I am genuinely surprised, I haven't been to doublz in over 15 years! It's nice to know that they are still just as good as they were all those years ago. I ordered a steak sandwich combo. Came out within less than 5 minutes. Food was very delicious, fries were good and crispy as I remembered. I appreciate how there was a cleaning lady who kept the place tidy. As soon as people left their table, she got up and cleaned after them right away. Very nice attention to detail. My only complaint is how expensive it was. Sure they give you double the food (hence the name) but it was double the price! In total, i paid $25 dollars!! The ranch dipping sauce was $1.25! I blame today's economy. To summarize, I'll visit every once in a while. It's pretty costly to eat here, despite the delicious food.

I want to preface my review by saying, I literally spent $25 on a SMALL chili cheese fries with pastrami on top. At first I was told it would be $18 for my order but when I got my small container of fries, it was literally fries with barely any chili or cheese. I asked for more and was told that they only use one scoop of chili and a sprinkle of cheese! For $18!!!! I was then charged $6.79 more for extra cheese and chili that at least covered the fries. I don't know what kind of economic crunch this business is under but that is extremely pricey for par for the course burger stand food. Everything came frozen or in cans. Although the staff was pleasant, this business will not make it with the skimping on the quality of the food. I would not come back or advise anyone to come to this restaurant until they get it together.

It tasted like some foul meat and the seasoning that they used made it even worse. I've had pastrami sandwiches before but, this one is the far worse I've ever had and being that I'm a veteran means that I've been a lot of places but, this is bad.

I came trough the drive thru this morning and apparently the cashier couldn't hear me over the speaker or didn't understand english and kept getting my order wrong. When I came to the window she was very rude raised her voice at me and shut the window in my face and walked away it was a very awkward and unfortunate experience. Luckily I was able to get one of the cooks to help me he was very profecional and helped me out right away I asked him for the cashiers name he said it was Silvia. I really hope the manager sees this review and talks to this cashier as it seems like she doesn't like the type of work she does. She kept giving me dirty looks very disrespectful person to represent the company. And unfortunately the cashier or greeater is the first impression we take from a place of buisness very bad experience! I also ask for the manager and she told me find it online and refused to give it to me.
This place is good, but it is SUPER expensive for what it is. I spent almost $20 on one meal for myself.

OMG!!!! Im sooo pissed Look at the pic Hair inside my burger This Doublz is the worst!!! i ordered a Chili Cheese Burger meal for my family I repeated 3 times NO Onion!!! on mine or my family food she repeated and said my order I said no Onions one more time before i go pay she said ok!!! Mind you this order came up to $60!!! I go all the way home to look inside my burger and bam Onions all over my and my family's food this how it started. So I take the food back and have them remake everything they act like they didnt wanna remake it discussing amongst eachother they finally remake the food. I take it home the family is eating im probably like 1/3 the way through my food i take a bite and a Longgggg when i say long i mean at least 8 in long string of hair inside my burger OMG i feel so sick writing this imagine how i felt with it in my mouth Sorry! Anyway i take the food back and ask for a refund they did not want to issue me a refund WTF you just dont know what i wanted to do inside this store. I asked for the manager the lady says she can only refund the 1 order. I wanna sue them so bad. I had to get out of there cus god only knows. Dont buy food here yall they have no consideration for their customers. I hope noone in my family gets sick because who knows what they did to our food. Im done. Just a warning to all of you who wanna eat here GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
