ordered online and when I picked it up it was only half filled, didnt realize until I got home at 8, after theyd already closed. Not a single customer inside or drive thru, cant understand how theyd forget to fill up a CLEAR cup

I ordered an apple fritter and a dunkin Energy punch, however, the apple fritter was burned.That was the first time I ever experienced.The donuts are that great to me.Neither is the food.Starbucks is better quality drinks and pastries

I came here originally expecting to grab my drink and leave due to the amount of cars that are always piled up here and the service always being atrocious.

What ended up happening is that my order was never even worked on due to drive thru being prioritized over the in person online orders.

I waited patiently expecting a staff member to address me waiting at the register and to no surprise was not even addressed until I spoke up, the child who finally assisted me proceeded to have the rudest demeanor at the inconvenience of having to help me.

I requested my drink me finished and was told the juice was no longer available and that I must select something else but when i ordered on the app the drink had stated it was available; given the line of cars it was apparent my order was received and never worked on instead the car orders had used up what supplies were available for previous orders.

And when i attempted to request my money back apparently the system was down and no refunds could be given. So either the employee did not want to proceed in assisting me or was incompetent in doing her duties because how are orders still being taken at the window.

The service here is always this way and various times have I had to settle for what I did not want in the first place.

I went there today and after purchasing my refresher I waited for 20 minutes just for the employee to tell me that they ran out of the strawberry/dragonfruit flavor and told me if I was fine with just the blueberry. I told her yes she left then comes back to tell me they ran out of that flavor as well. I didn’t want any other drinks since they didn’t have the cookie butter latte so I asked for a refund since I can’t get the drink that I paid for and she tells me that they don’t do refunds??? So I can’t get a refund for a mistake on their end and she also told me that I can come back tomorrow morning! That’s ridiculous! That store needs new management.

Unprofessional, lacking communication and rude. Prioritizing drive through over people coming in long before drive through, placed an order earlier today while I was in store, waited over 30 minutes just to be told they had just ran out of the ingredients which means they used what was left on drive through over my order, tried to get it replaced and was told everything refresher was out, and when I asked for a refund I was told there was none, the employees and management are incompetent and lazy, this location needs a change of everything.

So I went into Dunkin and ordered the midnight berry refresher, and wanted to order the cookie butter iced latte but the guy informed me they were out of cookie butter so I only got the refresher. While waiting ( waited over 20 mins) they tell us they run out of the first refresher the strawberry one, we said it was fine and swapped out the flavor for just the blueberry one. A few minutes went by they came back and told us they ran out of that refresher in general, just now while serving drive up. Meaning instead of following the system and which orders come in first they were only prioritizing drive up. They told us we could come back tomorrow and get a drink? When we told them we wanted a refund they told us that wasn’t allowed and their system wouldn’t allow it. Even though THEY WERE THE ONES WHO RAN OUT OF EVERYTHING!!! So what do you mean you can’t refund me for a drink I don’t have?? This Dunkin is getting so bad and unprofessional everytime I come it gets worse and worse, last time I was here they only took cash then the lady couldn’t even give me my 4$ BACK!!
Please get new workers or new management

First time customer of Dunkin’ Donuts in Lancaster, CA. The 2 donuts I bought were stale, like they had been in the display case for over 8 hours and the coffee was like dishwater, very weak. The young black man that served me was very nice though…
Besides that, I was very disappointed and won’t be going back.
