Bought a bagel bacon egg and cheese that was burnt to the point of being un edible, I didn’t realize it until I got home. Why would anyone serve something they themselves wouldn’t even eat? I will say this isn’t normal just disappointed Dunkin would sacrifice quality for quantity.

The customer service is nonexistent in the Lancaster Dunkin. Specifically this 1 female worker that in the drive through, no communication, opens the window hands the bag and that’s it. My little donut holes were in a paper bag not the normal box, and on top of my donuts was the straw to my drink and dirty napkins. Nasty, I couldn’t bring myself to eat them. I was in a time crunch. But I’ll be back tomorrow. I’ll be the Karen if I have to be.

Call me crazy if you like but I have yet to have a good donut from any Dunkin’ location. Unfortunately, this location helped me end my streak of disappointment. I will never go to any of these. Please go to sugary donuts. Clean friendly. Donuts are freshly made every morning. These donuts were like cardboard.

Workers move EXTREMELY slow. As soon as you ask how much longer they have an even worse attitude. Waited over an hour for them to half ass the drinks and food. They work while wearing pajamas and sweatpants? Unprofessional & not pleasant experience all around.
