I’m never going to this Dunkin’ ever again. They gave me a half ass drink. Literally 40%coffee.

First time customer of Dunkin’ Donuts in Lancaster, CA. The 2 donuts I bought were stale, like they had been in the display case for over 8 hours and the coffee was like dishwater, very weak. The young black man that served me was very nice though…
Besides that, I was very disappointed and won’t be going back.

Understaffed! People have places to be. Take way too long to make an iced coffee.

I was there today June 3rd 2025 at 630pm on Ave K & 10th st west in Lancaster CA thank you to the short Hispanic young lady and Daniel the non shift leader for excellent customer service skills you handled the situation very well under control. I will never return to this location again worst customer service skills. You got your wish unamed girl just a little tip for you, you shouldn’t talk back to your customer because your turning away paying customers put my situation in your shoes and see how you would of handled it because it’s different from the other side. You really should be more apologetic and understanding where the PAYING CUSTOMER IS COMING FROM. That’s goes for You too Daniel.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at Dunkin’ — especially Prescilla, Kiki, Hannah, the girl with the British accent, and the guy with the longish blond-ish hair (you know who you are!). Every time I pull up, they greet me with smiles, good energy, and top-notch service.
These folks are the reason I keep coming back. They make my Dunkin’ experience not just about the coffee (which is always great), but about the people. You can tell they care about their work and their customers — it shows in everything they do.
Thanks for starting my day right, every time. Dunkin’ is lucky to have such a wonderful crew!

They have the worst customer service, If you order light ice they only fill your drink half full. When they screw up an order and you ask them to make it the right way they literally want to fight you in the drive thru window. I guess a requirement for working there is having a bad attitude. It’s a shame.

The problem is that they know they are the only location near. And they do not care about customer service. They never have donuts. I came at 8 am. And were out!!!??? Really???!
The workers are always nice and service is very quick.
I would give them a 5 star rating. But they never have the donuts I want.
